Fairway Dunes Villa 41-Overlooks Links Golf Course/Lagoon, Seasonal pool

Three bedroom, three bath Tri-level Wild Dunes villa overlooks a lagoon on the Links golf course and can sleep 8 . Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, guests can enjoy swimming at the outdoor Fairway Dunes community pool (open April-September 30 from 8am-sundown) or play tennis on the Fairway Dunes community tennis/pickleball courts.

**Starting January 2026-through March of 2026: Wild Dunes Community Association and IOP Water will be conducting a water main replacement that will involve road construction with heavy machinery in front of the Fairway Dunes condos. As well as occasional water disruption, likely noise, and potentially limited access to the community tennis/pickleball courts. Reservations existing between these dates are accepting of these terms.**

Features include: Updated flooring and furnishings throughout, Updated kitchen, Bonus Sunroom w/ TV, balcony & deck overlooking lagoon and golf course. The sunroom is bright and perfect for a quiet space to read or a wonderful place for the children to play and watch TV. The kitchen, dining and living area provide an open floor plan, and decorated with a luxury Coastal feel. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the condo offers two interior dining spaces, along with an outdoor high-top table on the deck. Upstairs, you will find 3 large bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The master bedroom boasts its own balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Downstairs you have a laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside near the front entry, there is an outdoor shower (not enclosed), which allows you to rinse the beach sand, or cool off after playing tennis at the community tennis court or sunbathing at the community pool. The pool and the tennis court are only a few steps from the Villa (can be viewed from King guest bedroom balcony).

Wireless Internet, Linens, and Cable TV included. No Smoking. No Pets (Wild Dunes & Home Owner Policy). No access to Garage. Fireplace not available for guest use.

Isle of Palms is just a short drive to many Historical sites, and short walk to the beach! Enjoy the number one city in the US, the Galleries, the Restaurants, the Arts and perhaps find time to do a wonderful Eco Tour with the family.

No access to Resort Pools or gyms, Fairway Dunes Community seasonal pool and tennis courts Only (April-end of September).

Off street parking for two small vehicles in driveway, or one vehicle in driveway, and the other in visitor parking across from the drive. Outlet for LSV available inside trash enclosure-please bring your own extension cord and LSV must be in driveway (garage is not available for guest use)

*Any bikes or beach gear must be hidden from view of street (park behind trash enclosure, inside or on back deck)
