Beautiful sunsets and stunning panoramic views await you! The sliding glass doors open to the sparkling blue Pacific and the picturesque sands of Newport Beach.

From its expansive floor plan to cathedral ceiling windows, this modern, stylish, air conditioned 3 bedroom home offers an ideal port for you to set sail into the perfect oceanfront vacation. The living room, dining area and kitchen are adjoining, making it easy to discuss your upcoming activities, enjoy the 65" flatscreen or just surf the net in view of the real surf on your provided WiFi. The master suite features a king size bed, private bath with luxurious shower and a sensational view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and 43" flatscreen. The third bedroom has two queen beds, and also sports a 32" flatscreen.

Beat the summer parking rush with two car parking. The private garage large enough for SUVs and offers easy access to the kitchen to unload groceries.

Property comes supplied with a starter kit of household essentials to last a few days including; paper towels, dish soap, dish pods, sponge, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand soap and laundry detergent.

Tucked around a quiet corner from the Newport Pier restaurants, but steps from the water, you couldn't ask for a better location. Take pleasure in fine dining at the many highly-rated restaurants or simply turn on the BBQ and savor your own home-cooked gourmet meal. There's no need to wander too far from home for entertainment, shops, and beach fun around the Newport Pier, or to get out on the water with a kayak or stand up paddle board rental from Paddle Power. The 19th St Bay Beach is right around the corner, offering relaxing bayside views of calm waters and passing yachts. The Balboa Fun Zone is a short walk where you can easily find boat rentals, trips to Catalina island, whale watching tours, charter a fishing trip, or take the kids to the old-fashioned arcade next to the Ferris Wheel. The famous Balboa Island Ferry departs from the Fun Zone area every 10 minutes, taking you across the Newport Harbor to scenic Balboa Island in a short 5 minute ferry ride through a myriad of marine life and luxury watercraft.

Great location and home

Incredible Location

Our family loved this property! Amazing sunsets and endless options to keep 3 teens busy and having fun! Loved our morning walks and local restaurants and shops! We will be back!

Great Location

Overall, I gave this location a 4 star. The location of the property was Great. Its located right on the sand and very close to the water. It's also very close to lots of restaurants and activities. It was also very clean.Check in was difficult because they recently changed management companies and the communication between the two made it difficult to get our check in information. The day we were headed down to the beach I had to contact multiple numbers to reach the correct person just to get our check in instructions. But I understand we were right in the middle of the transfer of companies and so it was a process. As far as the actual house, the master bedroom is located upstairs with no full wall, overlooking the family room. It is a balcony that allows you to look out the front windows to the beach but you hear all the noise from the first floor. If you are traveling alone or as a couple that would be perfect. But with a family of four it was difficult because the kids like to stay up later than the parents and so it was quite loud. The other thing that we didn't love were the cameras. This location had cameras all around the outside of the house and they were constantly on. I felt like I was being watched the entire time. I understand it's on the strand and I'm sure there has been theft, but it was very uncomfortable knowing they could watch and listen to our conversations. Other than t it was a nice stay. We enjoyed our family time together.

Great space, convenient, and right on the beach!

One of the nicest properties we've stayed at. Right on the beach. Lot's of beach supplies! Fun for people watching. Family and dining rooms had lot's of space and comfortable to hang out with a big family. Very clean and comfortable. Also very convenient (<5 min walk) to the pier for food and entertainment but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise.

Perfect Short Get Away Location

Property was perfect for a quick get away with the family. It is right on the boardwalk, so there is a lot of people watching from the patio. I recommend you bring a speaker to sit out back. The house is close to a walkable coffee shop. If you have a pet, the park is two blocks up for the pets. The local bike shops are within 2 blocks for rentals. We drove a full size vehicle and had no problem parking in the garage. Don't worry about the big windows looking into the home, the owner has privacy shades on them for the afternoon sun and night time privacy.

First and foremost, the location of this home is absolutely perfect. Situated right next to Newport Beach Pier, it offers stunning views of the ocean and immediate access to the beach, just steps away from the back doors. I thoroughly enjoyed spending endless hours people watching and soaking up the sun on the beautiful sandy shores.The house itself is incredibly spacious, providing ample room for a party of 8 people. Whether you're looking to relax in the living areas or retreat to your own private space, this home has it all. The BBQ worked flawlessly, and with a full tank of propane provided, we were able to enjoy delicious grilled meals throughout our stay. Additionally, the two-car garage was a convenient feature, allowing us to easily park our compact cars.Cleanliness is always a top priority for me, and I was pleased to find that this home was exceptionally clean. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that everything was in pristine condition. Furthermore, the house was fully equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. From beach chairs to kitchen essentials, we lacked nothing during our stay.One aspect that truly stood out during our visit was the exceptional service provided by Chris Clarizio, the property manager for White Sail Reality. His kindness and hospitality went above and beyond all expectations. He was attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about our comfort and satisfaction. Chris truly made our stay a memorable one, and we cannot thank him enough for his outstanding service.In conclusion, I highly recommend the ocean front home in the heart of the peninsula. Being oceanfront at the boardwalk is not only great for the view and easy beach access but lots of FUN! Close enough for a short walk to Newport Pier for shops, ice cream, bars & dining, far enough for a relaxing time.We have stayed here two times and always enjoy this property! Ryan at White Sail Realty made sure our stay was wonderful. Property was clean, everything in good shape:-) Layout is great, rooms are spacious. Beds are comfy. Plenty of closet space... and lucky you, a two-car garage for your car but also all your beach gear lol (although the property also has some gear you can use:-).
