Ce condo bien équipé et joliment décoré offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe qui peut également être admiré depuis la chambre principale en front de mer ainsi que le salon !!!Ce condo spacieux et bien aménagé a vraiment une atmosphère loin de chez soi ... Vous allez adorer votre séjour ici !!! OFFRANT DES APPELS LONGUES DISTANCES PARTOUT AUX ÉTATS-UNIS ET AU CANADA! Améliorations incroyables dans toute l'unité (consultez la cuisine et les salles de bain), un superbe décor et de nombreux sièges de patio. La chambre d'hôtes a été récemment rénovée avec un nouveau lit king size. Unité très lumineuse et spacieuse, très bien entretenue. Perfect vacation rental

The property was clean and perfectly located for a beautiful view of the beach from the awesome-sized balcony. Check in and out were seamless and communication was easy. The close proximity to grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable.

Uncrowded Beach

We enjoyed the unit. The king sized bed were outstanding. The kitchen was well equipped and access to two beach chairs & umbrella was included at no additional charge. Parking was not a problem.

A negative was you can’t park an oversized vehicle in your assigned space and the parking outside is not ideal due the hill.

From the king size beds and layout to the simply amazing views from our balcony!!!! Easy check in and check out was so much better for us!!! They also gave us ideas for the best restaurants around town!!! We will definitely book 502 again!!! We've been to alot of places in Florida and this was by far our favorite!!!!

Reviewer Comments: Very nice place, the pool was not the best, but we were busy on the beach anyway, however I was charged 1,163.24 and I had called because there was an error in that charge for travel insurance, I was supposed to have an E-mail of the change but have not received one. Hopefully you will have properties for us in the future, as we LOVE it down in FWB.

Great Vacation

We were 3adults , one teenager and an 8 year old and we never felt cramped. The location was great , down the island a bit from the busy first area , but close enough to activities when we were not on the beach.The condo could use another chair in the living room, but otherwise very comfortable.Parking can be a challenge, but there were always enough spaces.Overall we were very satisfied and had a great time.

There are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The rental itself was very nice and clean. The unit had everything you could possibly need if you chose to stay in and cook. The view was perfect, with seating on the patio. The pool was small but we didn’t use it. We went down to the beach every day. The beach service is a bonus. I will definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

We loved having such a large balcony off of the living room and our bedroom. The beach is just beautiful and what a wonderful perk to have two chairs and an umbrella provided every day. We loved being able to quickly walk out to the beach from the condo. The condo was spotless, roomy, comfortable, and convenient to restaurants. We were also impressed with the management company and their communication before, during, and after our stay. We really hope to be able to return to the Palms. Highly recommend.

Palms 502

Spent a week in condo at the Palms on Fort Walton Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat. The beach is fantastic. Management does a wonderful job maintaining and keeping things clean. Condo is a little on the small side but plenty of room for four adults. Patio furniture was a bit overwhelming for the space. Having umbrella and chairs set up for us each day was a huge plus. There was an Amazon echo device in the condo that was very helpful…. Great idea! Check in and check out process is seamless. Had a few hiccups that maintenance took care of quickly. Brooks and Shorey does a good job managing! We will be back!

We did have to purchase dish soap to wash dishes and extra trash bags as there was only one extra in the room. The room was clean and. Eat and a short walk to the ocean. We had two beach carts to haul everything to the beach, however, the beach access had no ramps so the carts had to be carried up/down the steps. The beach was not crowded at all during the week and we always had great beach service with the umbrella and chairs.

Beautiful Beach!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed every minute! The condo was clean and appeared to have been painted recently. Everything was in good condition except an old chair in the living room which needs to be replaced. Great location on Okaloosa Island! The beach was beautiful and not crowded behind the condo. To the left and to the right of the condo was far more crowded. It’s also a very short walk to the beach. The freebies we took advantage of were the beach service and golf. Great deal! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great condo and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are two moms and two daughters who stayed here for a dance competition. We loved the condo. It’s a small building so the beach was never as crowded as the beaches with bigger buildings. The condo was clean and the perfect size. Beds were very comfy. Our only complaint was a ceiling leak and a backed up bathroom sink that overflowed and got water all over the floor in the bathroom. I called the rental office and they sent maintenance. They were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
