Vous allez adorer votre séjour dans ce grand condo de 2 chambres! Il y a tellement d'espace, vous allez l'adorer et la vue du 6ème étage est inoubliable. La chambre principale est située côté plage avec accès au grand balcon du front de mer. La deuxième chambre dispose maintenant de deux lits de taille reine et il y a encore beaucoup d'espace! La cuisine a été complètement refaite et elle a l'air incroyable! Nouvelles armoires, nouveaux comptoirs et beaucoup d'espace. Vous allez adorer préparer un repas dans cette belle plage. La salle de bain principale a été modernisée avec une douche à l'italienne. Le balcon surdimensionné du 6ème étage donnant sur le golfe offre un accès depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Le condo a été amélioré avec de grands téléviseurs à écran plat partout! Un téléviseur 46 "dans le salon et 42" dans les deux chambres! Les lecteurs de DVD Blu-ray et une cafetière KEURIG sont également une nouveauté dans ce magnifique condo.

Ft Walton Vacation

Good location and reasonable crowd on the beach. Easy to find, and parking at the facility was good and safe. Only non working thing there was the clothes iron lol.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a nice, spacious just needs a bit of updating. Kitchen is well stocked, just needs more than one skillet. There are many extra beach accessories provided from this unit (beach loungers, floaties, etc) which was appreciated.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third time staying at The Surf Dweller. We will return every year, if possible. My moter-in-law has been staying there every year for over 30 years. The only complaints I have are the air fryer was disgustingly dirty so we had to scrub it before we could use it and the last 2 nights the smoke detector beeped because the battery was dying. This will NOT keep us from coming back!! We love The Surf Dweller!!

Great Condo

This was a great condo. Pictures were exactly the way the condo looked. Very easy to get on the beach. No problem getting chairs for the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans and serving dishes. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Great room, stiff bed

We always stay at Surf Dweller and have nothing but great things to say about the resort. The rooms here are so spacious that we always feel at home. One issue with this room was the master bed was super firm. It felt like we were sleeping on the floor. But overall it was a lovely week here!

Great condo with perfect views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at 603! Very spacious 2 bedroom with excellent views! Our only problem was the WiFi went out on our second day and didn’t come back on until the night before we left. But even with that, the property management worked very hard to get it resolved and the communication with us was top notch! They answered all my emails in a very timely manner. We will definitely be back!

Overall nice place but need updating. Master bathroom the shower had black mold all around the bottom inside and out, wasn’t very clean. The blinds also in the Master on the left side were not properly working, had to manually move them to open. Nice condo and will probably be back next year.

Beautiful view in wonderful condo at 603 Surf Dweller

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first vacation with my children as adults. We really had been looking forward to this for a long time and it was worth it. The condo had absolutely everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Comfortable beds and wonderful kitchen with a view of the ocean. The spacious balcony was wonderful to sit at and watch the sunrise and set. The beach was very clean and well kept and chairs were very comfortable to sit in. It surpassed our expectations and we would come back any time of the year. Thank you for putting so much thought in everything that was available for our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very spacious and plenty of room for 4 adults. The view was what everybody wants with it being beach front. The vertical blinds in the bedroom were missing several of the blinds (they were under the bed), which made it impossible to get a dark room for sleeping. I did notify the host of the problem. Possibly there were not aware of it. The floors were not maintained as should have been. There was a dental floss stick under the coffee table (found by our 1 year old), and pieces of Cheerios beside/behind the sofa. Had a lovely laundry room which was nice! Plenty of storage in the bedrooms, baths, and closets. I would stay there again. I feel like the owner is not close by to check on things and isn't aware the blinds needed maintained and the cleaning company is not putting their best foot forward.

Reviewer Comments: Surf Dweller units are very large with great balconies and beautiful gulf views in a convenient location on Okaloosa Island. 603 has comfortable furniture and comfortable beds and the kitchen is well equipped, however the unit is in serious need of updating. We've rented from Brooks and Shorey for several years and have always been satisfied with the cleanliness of the properties. But something went wrong this time. We are accustomed to cleaning up after ourselves, but we did not expect to have to clean up after the previous guests upon our arrival!

A few little things could have been better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Direct TV didn't work at all so we had no tv's for the week. Not the end of the world but it was Thanksgiving week and we had some games to watch. Someone came to look at it after my 2nd email and 3 days but it was never fixed. The washing machine sounded like a plane taking off so you couldn't run it when you were in the condo. There were no blankets for the sofa bed. I would have brought my own but that wasn't listed as an item to bring. The elevators malfunctioned so only 1 out of 3 was working. The view was unbeatable and the condo was clean. Sometimes the little things go a long way to making the stay more enjoyable.
