Ce charmant condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain est parfait pour 2 couples qui cherchent à s'évader du stress quotidien. Ce condo dispose d'un lit king-size dans chaque chambre. Unité de coin à l'extrémité ouest du bâtiment qui permet à ce condo d'avoir plus de pieds carrés que tout autre condo de 2 chambres à Summerlin. Télévision à écran plat de 47 "dans le salon avec lecteur Blu-Ray et une télévision à écran plat de 32" dans la chambre principale.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, a friend, and I stayed in Summerlin 505 August 31-September 7, 2024. Cool little complex with only 30 units right on the beach. Two beach chairs and umbrella already set up for every morning, some free activities, and nice location on quiet Santa Rosa Blvd. The unit was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities you could want and need. We will definitely be back to this place!!! 10/10 review in my book!!!

Beautiful View and Great Condo

The condo was great with a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. We loved sitting out on the balcony watching and listening to the waves. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and to cook. We would definitely stay here again! The shower in the master bathroom was our only problem. It needs to be fixed immediately. The leak got worse the longer we were there. Even with the bathroom door closed we could hear the leak unless we turned up the tv. Hopefully this is resolved soon.

Annual Fall Break Trip

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. Never disappointed staying in Ft Walton. This unit could use some updating. It has been “well loved”. It was overall clean but could use some deep cleaning of baseboards, artificial plants and blinds. They were pretty dusty.

Lovely condo

The condo is lovely and was very clean in appearance and smell. The living room furniture is comfortable and attractive, however the balcony furniture desperately needs to be updated. Kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect - right on the ocean. We really like the building having only 30 units, so the beach wasn't crowded. Property managers did not promptly respond when we had a question about the cable being out, but it was restored the next day. Overall, a great place and we would stay there again!

Love Summerlin smaller complex size. This unit lacked comfort.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While Summerlin is one of our families favorite condos to stay in, we will not rent this unit again. The 5th floor balcony views are amazing but patio furniture was not. The living room couch was stained and uncomfortable with only 2 nice recliners to relax in. There was a sour water smell in utility room and while the floors didn’t look dirty, they left our bare feet or white socks black. We had wonderful weather and enjoyed our week on the beach but because of lack of comfort we cannot give this unit 5 stars. We appreciate Brooks and Shorey making booking and check in easy.

Summerlin is a 30 unit condominium.... quieter

Only complain was two days our boardwalk was closed for repairs. We had to walk down the road to a public access. Then you had to walk back down the beach to Summerlins chairs. Why weren't these repairs done before vacation season.

Our unit in Summerlin Ft. Walton Beach was perfect for our stay. The rental company kept us apprised of our obligations and also what they were providing for us. Would definitely recommend Brooks and Shorey.

Location, Location, Location!

This corner until was probably the most perfect (for us) condo that we have stayed in during the past 15 years. The bedrooms are very spacious and the furniture was super comfortable. The balcony is a huge as well and has plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is a little tight, but who cares? I wasn't there to cook anyway. There is a large washer and dryer that came in extremely handy! With this rental, we were given free daily passes to various outings but unfortunately didn't get to use them due to the weather, so I couldn't speak of the easy of using them. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!
