Unité de vue relaxante sur le golfe - barbecue, promenade, accès à la plage, accès Internet gratuit, parking réservé. Depuis un balcon en bord de mer, vous pourrez non seulement profiter des vues éclatantes, mais aussi écouter les bruits apaisants des vagues. Le salon principal dispose d'un sol en carrelage clair surdimensionné et d'un confortable canapé-lit queen pour les invités supplémentaires. Une chaise et des objets décoratifs assortis avec goût créent une ambiance floridienne merveilleuse. Un beau meuble abrite un large téléviseur. La cuisine pour toute la famille est facile dans la cuisine équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer de délicieux repas. La suite principale est très jolie avec un mobilier de bon goût, un lit queen-size et un accès direct à une salle de bain complète. Un autre bain avec une douche de plain-pied est très pratique, car il y a deux lits superposés nichés dans le couloir. Cette location peut effectivement accueillir jusqu'à six personnes.

Well except a bottle opener so we bought one and left it there! The staff were always helpful and friendly. The DVD rental was a nice easy extra as well as the free admission for Destin Snorkel. We had such an outstanding time we hope to be back with the entire family next time!! Thanks for an outstanding Anniversary vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we were very satisfied with our location on the beach and proximity to restaurants and shops. The reserved parking garage was convenient and the pool and grounds were very well maintained. These condos are right on the beach and the ocean and sand were breathtaking! Our unit was perfect for our small family of 4 and well decorated. I expect to find some stray sand, but it would have been nice if the unit was cleaned a little better after the previous guests. This was a spectacular condo and we will consider renting again the next time we visit ft. Walton Beach again!

Lovely Week at the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I can only think of positive things to say! The condo was clean and spacious and well decorated (I loved the beach cottage style). The kitchen was well supplied, and there were tons of linens. (OK, one negative. We slept in the living room to take advantage of the water view, and the sofa bed is not that comfortable.) The extra perks were great---free golf, free netflicks, and others during the season. Check-in was easy and everyone we dealt with was extremely nice. It is a great time of year to be on Okaloosa Island.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I did like this vacation rental very clean and decorated well. There was only two complaints I had on this rental the first being the size of the bed yes it does say queen but it was just very small and uncomfortable. The second was the fact that on the beach they basically force you to rent a chair and umbrella, they leave no space for the people that bring there on beach umbrella and chairs so they don't have to spend the extra $25 a day for rental.

We got exactly what we signed for. Very good value rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Location. All appliances in 100% operational conditions(A/C, kitchen, TV's, dishwasher, laundry etc.). Indoor parking. Clean. Management quick to solve any problem. Two spacious bathrooms. You can't ask for a better view. Free access to beach seats and umbrella every day. Cons: Master bedroom mattress too soft. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi. Bunk beds good enough for 6 year olds or younger. The apartment is appropriate to hold a family of 5 or six (two adults and three small children). It felt crowded for a family of 5 with teenagers. The apartment is located in the Okaloosa Island (Fort Walton is close enough to Destin (8 miles) where many attractions, restaurants and shops are located, but far enough from the crowds and the non-stop traffic of route 98. We were not looking for a resort feeling and we find this location perfect for that purpose. Overall, we do recommend this property for a beach vacation for a family of 4 or 5 with small children.

You hit the nail on the head with your description of this unit 212 at the Pelican Isle. It is absolutely lovely. The underground parking spot that comes with this unit is something the owner of the condo had to go out of his way to purchase for his guests, this is something only a few get to enjoy..thank you for pointing this out for future guests! It is so nice to have your car in the shade during this hot Florida Summer Heat! Pelican Isle truly affords the best vacation home. The feel of the condo is comfortable and you arent' in some huge resort where you may feel lost. It's just small enough to be private but big enough for you to stay anonymous if desired. The two bathrooms in these one bedroom condos is a huge plus, and it really does make it comfortable for a family for 5. Okaloosa Island is an amazing vacation spot, we are so glad we were able to share our secret with you and that you enjoyed it so much! Good vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I've stayed at Pelican Isle before and have enjoyed it in the past but feel like it's slipping in cleaning and maintenance. When we went to use the blender the day after we got there the base was cracked and we couldn't use it. We borrowed a friend's from next door but then the shelf in the freezer cracked and when we went to use the dryer it smelled like something was burning. We called maintenance and someone came out but said nothing was wrong. There were not many dishes or things for cooking. Just seems like things have not been maintained.

Thank you for your review. Small kitchen electronics are provided in each of our condos, we wish to have heard from you so we could've had housekeeping bring you a new well as checking inventory in the kitchen. We'll keep an ear out for further complaints on the dryer but unfortunately we can't fix what isn't broken, so we appreciate your patience on this. We hope your vacation was fun and that you come back soon to our beautiful Okaloosa Island.

Wonderful Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our location. I liked how it was in a quiet area but if you wanted to travel a few minutes down the road you could visit the tourist attractions but they weren’t right in our face. The sand library was amazing where there are boogie boards and toys available for visitor use. The maintenance people were all very helpful.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the unit was nice and I have only minor comments/complaints: The toilet seats were loose, the blender was broken, the stove had two cooktop elements that did not work and the tv remotes were not completely functioning/partially broken. The patio sliding glass door was difficult to open/close, which was actually good in keeping our kids off the balcony. The bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. Other than that, we could tell it was pretty quickly cleaned prior to our stay. The entertainment center was moved away from the wall a bit and there were still piles of sand and dust in a few spots that did not get swept up.
