CETTE UNITÉ A UN BESOIN DE SAMEDI À SAMEDI PENDANT LA SAISON PEAK! Ce condo de deux chambres / deux salles de bain amélioré peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes! Doté d'une chambre avec lits superposés EXTRA pouvant accueillir 2 personnes, il s'agit d'une solution très économique pour votre grande fête. Prix comme un 2 chambres mais a vraiment trois zones de couchage séparées. La mise en page est géniale, tout le monde a sa vie privée. La spacieuse chambre principale est sur le côté de la plage - un autre atout! - avec l'entrée sur le balcon devant la plage. Une autre entrée sur le balcon se fait depuis le salon du front de mer. Vues incroyables de la salle à manger et de la cuisine. La préparation des repas est facile car la cuisine est entièrement équipée et dispose de beaucoup d'espace de rangement et de rangements. Cette unité de deux chambres / deux salles de bain comprend deux lits doubles dans la chambre d'amis et des lits jumeaux superposés dans la chambre avec lits superposés. Pour plus de commodité, vous trouverez une laveuse et une sécheuse dans cet incroyable condo. La propriété Gulf Dunes est très bien située, proche de tout et pourtant très privée. À quelques pas du BOARDWALK de l'île d'Okaloosa où vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et magasins ainsi que des activités pour toute la famille. Près des magasins et plusieurs restaurants. L'établissement dispose de 2 piscines en front de mer, de courts de tennis, d'une salle de sport, de barbecues et d'ascenseurs. Cette propriété saura vous plaire!

Furniture provided plenty of individual seating without being on top of each other. All amenities were a great plus. Especially the beachside chairs and umbrella.

This was our 4th time coming to Ft Walton Beach, 2nd time staying at Gulf Dunes. Our teen boys enjoyed the heated pool, skim boarding, sand volleyball and tennis. My husband and I appreciate the beach service. Great getaway. Brooks and Shorey is responsive and helpful.

Reviewer Comments: Gulf Dunes 508 was a really nice condo that matched the description perfectly. It was clean with a fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful views from the patio, and the two free beach chairs were a great bonus. Customer service was fantastic, and we would consider staying at a Brooks and Shorey Resort again. Location is close to everything. It's next to Destin without paying Destin prices.

The living room furniture need attention and the mattresses could also use replacing. However, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. If we were to return to Fr. Walton, we would definitely consider this unit.

Reviewer Comments: nicely furnished, clean, great location and and awesome view~! love the beach service with chairs & umbrella so you don't have to drag your stuff down there. ate at many nearby seafood restaurants that had good food. there are many things to do nearby and in destin, but not all the traffic there is in destin. appreciated the open communication with the property management. enjoyed the keyless entry. would highly recommend and plan on returning.

We love Fort Walton

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fort Walton Beach. The property is as listed, with an incredible balcony overlooking the emerald blue and green waters. We watched dolphin and sting ray from our balcony. The unit is nice with lots of sleeping spaces. Some of the kitchen items are in rough shape, but we were able to manage a full Thanksgiving dinner with what was provided and a few items from home that we’ve learned are essential to our experience. I did have to contact customer service for an issue with one of the beds and got a prompt response: I opted not to have them look at it during our stay, but they ensured that someone would after we left. The only true complaint I have is that many of the doors felt “sticky”. We tried cleaning them but determined it was just a really bad paint job that never set properly. This was not a deal breaker for us and could likely be easily remedied by repainting the doors. The heated pool was amazing— especially after jumping in the cooler November ocean water. It’s a great property and I’d stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes. The condo was clean, and spacious, and matched the description in the photos. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The ice maker was a bonus. The bed was comfortable but a bit firmer than we are used to. The only recommendation I would make is to add an ottoman to the furniture in the living room so that there is a comfortable place to rest your feet! The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by in the early morning. We also took advantage of the offered Explorie activities and my husband golfed several times! We highly recommend The Shack restaurant in Fort Walton Beach (excellent Lobster Crab Cakes) and BoShamps in Destin for a pricier but excellent seafood dinner!We cannot wait to return and will definitely use Brooks and Shorey again!!

Home Away From Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a pleasure at Gulf Dunes. The only thing negative about this trip was not being able to sit on the balcony due to cigarette and pot smoke coming our way from neighbors. My daughter has asthma so we wish there could be a smoker's building and a total non-smokers building. And I think marijuana is illegal in Florida. Seemed to be from a couple of doors down from us...maybe 506 or 505. But hard to say for sure. Also the 2nd bedroom tv did not work at picture on it; just "no cable" sign when turned on screen. We love Gulf Dunes. Maryanna is the best!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn't get into our condo until 6pm but check in was at 4 pm. The lady at the front desk was not very nice. The washer and dryer didn't have work, took 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. One of the burners on the stove didn't work . For the price we paid it was a bad rental experience.
