Welcome to SOUTH HOUSE! Our charming three-bedroom, one bath home has been tastefully renovated, offering a modern and inviting atmosphere. This home is perfectly situated only 3 blocks from the UCA campus, making it an ideal and convenient choice for college tours, parents’ weekends with their college student, athletic events and alumni weekends. It is also ideal for families needing extra room during the holidays, family events, or the business traveler wanting a more comfortable space.

SOUTH HOUSE features three bedrooms with a king, queen, and 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has been designed to provide a relaxing stay with comfortable bedding and tasteful decor in each room. Smart TVs are in each bedroom, where guests can log into their favorite streaming service. Each room also has a remote control ceiling fan. The twin room also offers a vanity and mirror space.

The living room offers a welcoming space for relaxation, with an open floor plan that opens to the kitchen and dining area. The large quartz island with seating serves as a focal point, perfect for enjoying meals or socializing. The 65-inch Smart TV can be viewed from all areas.

The furnished kitchen is fully stocked, including a coffee bar to kickstart your mornings. Stainless steel appliances add a touch of modern style and convenience. This space incorporates mid-century modern decor and creates a stylish and comfortable area for meal preparation.

The bathroom features a granite vanity, double sinks and LED-lit mirrors, providing ample space and a touch of elegance. You'll find a tile shower, along with cotton bath towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

For your laundry needs, there is a washer and dryer available. Detergent, iron and steamer are provided. Basic cleaning supplies are provided.

An attached carport provides covered parking with additional parking in driveway. A small backyard patio offers an outdoor space to unwind.
