Located off the main street of Downtown Conway, our private entrance studio offers a spacious one-bedroom retreat full of charm. Rather than covering up the character of this 100+ year old home, we updated the space to feel both elegant and comfortable for you. The property is within walking distance to downtown (shopping, restaurants, coffee shops) and just a mile from University of Central Arkansas, Central Baptist College, Hendrix College, and Conway Regional Medical Center.

This studio is hosted by Claire & Drew of Kingdom Stays, a local property management company specializing in unique and thoughtful spaces. Through elegant design and intentionality, we craft experiences we hope you'll remember for a lifetime. We personally plan all of our family getaways around the Airbnbs we get to visit. We're always chasing the next place to explore from the comfort of someone's home because there's something special about seeing a city through a local's eyes.
