We are not physically located at the property but are available remotely or locally as needed.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood where it is common to see javelinas and deer in the yard. There are numerous biking and hiking trails within walking distance. The views of the SCENERY in the morning are spectacular, and there are some fantastic restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood. Our favorite is Coffee Pot for breakfast, Fresh & Natural Thai for Asian fast food, Fiesta Mexica and Tortas De Fuego Mexican eatery and Oak Creek brewery for a wide selection of beer. There are several shops and eating places within walking distance. Three energy vortexes (Airport Mesa, Boynton and Red Rock State Park) within 10 minutes driving distance.

Free, onsite parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

This home is located in a residential area, please respect quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

We have a hot tub located on the back patio that can be secured with a latch but it does not lock.

We have three exterior cameras located on the property. One is located at the front entrance and faces the driveway. The second faces towards the entryway and the third is located on the rooftop deck facing towards the roof.
