We do ask that if anything is not up to standard, our guests let us know as soon as possible as we are readily available via phone (call or text) and the VRBO app your entire stay. To address your review, the recliner has been fixed, unfortunately, with this summers full booking schedule, we were not able to have the reclining portion of the chair fixed prior to your arrival. The toilet paper holder was in working order prior to your arrival, and this was fixed after your departure. We do provide starter rolls of toilet paper for each guest but do not provide a supply for your entire stay. We are not able to control the timeline of renovations within the community (indoor pool), this renovation is taking place in the summer months so the pool will be available for guests in the colder months. Upon check-in, each car is provided a pass to display in their car, this allows you to enter through the front of the community. You can obtain an optional key card, if you wish to enter through the gates that are not manned by security, but this is not mandatory. As we spoke prior to your arrival, outside golf cart rentals are not allowed, however, the community does rent golf carts. Thank you!
