Southern Village Estates est idéalement situé à proximité de l'Arizona State University, Mill Ave et Tempe Mills Shopping, South Mountain randonnée, le Phoenix, Zoo, et de nombreuses activités sportives professionnelles. Train léger sur rail est à 2. 5 mile de distance pour le transport vers le centre-ville de Phoenix ou de l'aéroport. Les 10, 202, et les autoroutes de la superstition sont très accessibles. Ce beau complexe de condo est sur un cul-de-sac loin de la bousculade, mais très proche de tout Tempe a à offrir.

L'appareil contient des draps et serviettes Macys Hôtel Collection. Le grand salon a un canapé-lit et siège de l'amour. La chambre principale a un lit queen. Les chambres 2 et 3 ont des lits de taille complète. Les matelas sont mis à niveau "Sealy" Il y a une SMART TV dans le maître BR avec accès à NETFLIX. Tous les planchers est carreaux ou en bois stratifié dans la chambre à coucher. Les salles de bain sont remodelées et moderne.
Cuisine complète avec des appareils, y compris un lave-vaisselle, mixeur, grille-pain, cafetière, vaisselle, argenterie, casseroles et poêles.

L'unité comprend également ses propres lave-linge, sèche-linge, planche et fer à repasser, téléviseur HD Samsung 32 'dans le salon et téléviseur SMART dans la chambre, thermostat SMART NEST, lecteur DVD, accès Internet haut débit sans fil, radio-réveil, lecteur, linge de maison et vaisselle , cafetière, sèche-cheveux, etc.

A great location

The rental is located in a quiet area and close to everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked and I believe this rental is a great value for the price. The owner is responsive and attended to small issues immediately.

Lovely place to stay!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful overall. The place was very clean and relaxing. The beds were OK, and the kitchen had many great amenities. There were just a few oddities to be aware of if you stay. We did not know that there was a hide-a-bed in the blue coach the first night, which would have been very helpful to know about. In addition, it would have been helpful to know that there was toilet paper in one of the bedroom closets. A standard thing to have on hand would be coffee, but that was not provided, so be aware! Finally, the only spatula was for a grill, so making eggs was a challenge. These are petty, but something to plan for, so just a heads up. The owner was responsive and the place is great for the price. Do not hesitate to stay!!

Extremely Dissastisfied

My husband and I stayed here in October 2013 with 2 young kids (1 & 2 years old) along with my mother in law. We wished we would have done more research before booking. There aren't many photos of the exterior because the place looks like a compound. There are neighborhood watch signs everywhere and many places have bars on their windows. We entered the place only to find it extremely dirty. My husband contacted the owner who said his housecleaner was sick and therefore the place did not get cleaned. We asked for our cleaning deposit back since we had to clean the place from top to bottom upon our arrival. The owner did not respond to our request. Nothing had been washed prior to our stay. If the sheets were used which there is a supposed excellent review indicating someone had stayed previous to our trip, they were not washed as they still had the creases from being packaged. We washed the sheets ourselves, cleaned the floors, bathrooms and kitchen. We ended up leaving early because we were so dissatisfied with the place and with the response of the owner. There was no microwave. We requested a partial refund but the owner never responded. This place is not suitable for young children. I would not recommend staying here, find a hotel in Scottsdale!

Arizona is a beautiful desert state with many varied landscapes. Unfortunately the desert brings dust. You can dust in the morning and by afternoon it looks like you have to start all over again. Most visitors to our state do not realize this. My home has been furnished with all new furniture and linens, most of the linens are HOTEL COLLECTION by MACYS. This unit was fully redone in September 2013. Our first guests arrived in October. It is possible they were the first ones to sleep on these new linens which had yet to have all their wrinkles from packaging ironed out. Our communication with guests is taken very seriously. My home contains a three ring notebook for all guests and this provides our office and cell phone numbers, email numbers, and emergency numbers. BLOCK WATCH - PURPOSE The Block Watch is a long standing partnership between the city of Tempe and citizens. This is a program of neighbors looking out for each other. It is designed to enlist the active participation of citizens to reduce crime by reporting suspicious activity to police and improve the quality of life in their neighborhoods.

Not a safe place. We brought a motorcycle down and someone tried to steal it the 2nd day.

Put in a locked patio and someone but the lock and stole the bicycle we had there along with trying to steal the motorcycle again. We left that day which was a week early and nothing from the owner for reimbursement. Contacted VRBO and they said they can email him but you would think would have a guarantee from them when you are paying their fees. Place was dirty and toilet broke for the first week.

Nice Home

I would definitely stay here again. It was a great home for us. Location was very convenient for our activities. The home was clean and well furnished. The check in process was easy, ample keys for guests and the host checked in on us. The wifi was good. I can't vouch for TV usage since we never turned them on. Park and swimming pool close by. We never had the opportunity to try the pool due to busy schedule. Once again I would like to mention that I would stay here again and the host made the process very easy.

Perfect for quiet getaway

The place was as advertised -- clean and roomy, plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. Joseph was very accessible and returned calls immediately. Location is close to restaurants and easy to get to the highway for travel to Arizona sites. We would stay again! Thanks for a great vacation.

Nice, but needs attention and consideration.

This home was conveniently located in Tempe near ASU, shopping, great attractions, and airport. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the gate code upon my arrival- very inconvenient- but the owner called back within a few minutes of my initial call. The welcome manual was poorly put together; not a great first impression, and did not include check-out instructions. We were disappointed that the drain in the main bath was clogged, which meant that we all had to use the master bathroom; which by the way was very nice. The two of the three beds were also uncomfortable and noisy, and extra pillows (or nicer quality) would have been nice. Overall, the rental was affordable and clean..but a lack of attention/care was obvious.

Thank you for your comments. All are welcome. That is how we are able to improve for the next guest. All lock box codes are sent in a secure email once payment has been received. You must read your emails or call before arrival. The welcome manual does have all of my telephone numbers to contact me, along with all of my repairmen if you can not reach me. Unfortunately my guest chose to live with the plumbing problem rather than call me or the plumber. The problem is now fixed. All linens are from the Macy's Hotel collection. We try to put the best quality in, but sometimes guests are more used to their own linens and can not be satisfied although we try. We ask that you still think of us for your next holiday and we will do our best to accommodate you. :-)

Great Central Location

We had a wonderful stay in this conveniently located Condo. It was very clean and Joseph took care of any issues we had with the property. I would definitely recommend staying here whether for a few days or a few months.

Clean and spacious. Perfect for what I needed.

The property is in a working class neighborhood. We did a lot of walking to and from the grocery market. Felt safe at all times. The unit itself is surprisngly spacious. 3 bedrooms and two full baths. It was a great value for the price. Joseph was very easy to work with and was very responsive. There were a couple of items that were needed and he personally delivered them quickly. I would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect for us

My husband and I stayed in this unit for 2 months. A couple of times we had friends or family from out of town join us and there was plenty of room for up to 6 or 7 people. It is in a working class neighborhood with some families, some retired people and some vacationers like us. Everything was as advertised. The owner was very accessible and responded immediately whenever we contacted him. The location is ideal. Arizona Mills is very close, as well as many good restaurants and anything we needed. The shower in the master bath is great. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen appliances were all adequate. Overall, we would do it again.

Comfortable, Clean - Good Location

We thoroughly enjoyed the fairly central location. Although the neighborhood is not the "newest," it's certainly safe and well maintained. Beds were comfortable, open layout, and the kitchen contained everything needed for basic cooking. Owner was very responsive and seemed to genuinely care about our satisfaction. Will book again in the future.

Functional place

Functional place on a working neighborhood. Would suggest to have grab bars on both bathrooms. The wi-fi is quite slow to be useful. With modern communication needs, this definitely needs upgrade

Thank you for your remarks. That is how i learn to upgrade and improve my property with each guest. WIFI upgrade is easily implemented. This days wifi quality trumps the beauty and comforts of UPGRADED CONDOS with remodeled baths, MACY hotel collection linens, HIGH END furniture, easy accessibility to owner and accommodating changes. Beautiful home near ASU

I spent a few days at this home with my wife and 2 children, my mother in law and my old niece. We came down for ASU graduation and the home was great. With a washer and dryer, we were able to clean our clothes, dishwasher and fridge we were able to save some money by not going out for every meal and the neighbor was nice. We loved this place. The owner called us midway through to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and he was very responsive by email (he also told me I could text him if something came up, nothing did so I did not text him). It was great!

I already have a few vacation rentals and i do my best to make sure that each rental is a place i would enjoy staying on my holiday. Each year i learn more from my guests and do my best to listen to their recommendations to make my condos even better. I know this is working because now i have lots of repeat guests.

This is an established neigborhood. All homes are single level with only one common wall and sharing of a courtyard. Although they are called condos, they really offer the feel of a single detached family home.
