Great Stay

This space was perfect for my needs. The canine loved it too. Quick walk to Aldi, Midtown, and Donatellos, one of Tampa’s best and oldest restaurants is right across the street. Hosts were responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

More negatives than positives

My biggest gripe about the house was the giant cockroach that joined us for breakfast. It was the biggest bug I’ve ever seen and completely grossed me out staying in the house the rest of the trip. I knew if there was one, there were likely others and I didn’t feel the place was clean anymore. Additionally, the hosts moved us to their “other unit” at the last minute because of a/c issues. That wasn’t the end of the world to me but the new unit didn’t have a washer and dryer accessible and the original unit did. Also, the app never updated to show the change so I’m not sure they even updated VRBO to the change. The host communicated that bedding for the pull out couch was on top of the wardrobe. We found pillows and a sheet but no blanket. My daughter was freezing the first night. We ended up finding a clean blanket later but it was stored in a trash bag and that made me weary about having her use it. I’m not sure why it wasn’t kept with the other bedding. The WiFi was so slow that I actually disconnected my phone after the first day and used my data the rest of the trip because my phone essentially didn’t function at all on their WiFi. The TV’s did not work. When you turn them on it asks for your checkout date so it can delete your data at 11pm on checkout day but it wouldn’t let us click okay. So it was just frozen on that screen. The positives: it was a great location. We were able to walk to an Aldi for groceries. It felt like a safe area.

Best Little Place in Tampa!

My daughter and I stayed here while in town for gymnastics. It was the absolute best little place for the two of us. They incorporated so many little details into the property and it was very clean. I really appreciated the TV in the bedroom (great to lay down and relax after a long day). The hosts were beyond hospitable and very communicative. Perfect location near the freeway, restaurants, etc. I would 100% stay here again!

Father - Son sports getaway

Came down for a couple hockey games, and spring training game. Location away from these, as well as football stadium, made stay great. Place is very clean,and had everything we needed. Certainly will look here for any future stays in Tampa.

we came to tampa to visit my nephew who got a job right of college. the rental was very clean, quite, and centrally located to get around tampa easily. michelle and brianne were excelent host. i will b staying here on my next visit

Clean, Quiet, Convenient

The property was very clean and quiet. It was centrally located to all locations we visited which included St Pete and Clearwater. The host was very communicative with us and very friendly. I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Nice Place!

Exactly as shown. Very clean and comfortable. I walked to restaurants and grocery stores. Good communication with host and easy check in and check out. Other than the hot water in the bathroom sink taking a long time to hear up, everything wass great.

The apt was clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located. I appreciated the many user friendly touches, information about the area and inspirations to enjoy our time. The owners checked in regularly and were very clear about the guidelines. Would stay here again.

Great stay. Would recommend.

Easy, seamless check-in. The apartment was clean and had a lot of small touches that went above and beyond the typical stay. Would recommend and stay again. My only complaint is that the smoke alarm is easily set off after showers by the steam - even with the window open (which also isn't optimal with it facing the neighbor).

Fabulous Bungalow

This spot was great. The location was perfect and everything was 5 mins driving distance. The pictures are exactly how the the space looks. Super clean and communication with the hosts was great. Only issue that I would say is that the ac vent is pretty loud. Maybe something is loose in the front vent. But i give this place 5 stars and I will be renting again when I come back to Tampa.

Amazing down to the details !!!

Well let’s just say every little detail was there! From when you walk in with the dog stuff by the door(poop bags, food menus,etc),FYI I did not travel with a dog but wow! The travel chairs to use also by entry were cute entry with lights! In the bedroom is a sound machine which to us was huge because when we travel we use our phones so that was amazing and the night lights with all the usbc and usb connection was great! I would stay there again too! The property manager and owner were amazing too! Also the detail of the laundry POD in the basket just fantastic! As a mom it saved me .. hahah great stay Ty super close to everything too!! Book your stay oh also the freaking water pressure was mo blowing and 😊

Slice of Home

The Spot was a perfect place to stay for our work trip. Close to our conference and lots of amenities near by. As soon as we walked in the door our pups, Bruno and Charlotte made themselves at home. Very charming and pet-friendly!!
