Host is extremely responsive - place is in the middle of everything so its perfect if you are traveling around different parts of Tampa. Bit of an older apartment with not the greatest water pressure. Towels and rags were provided, simple access to property, beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay overall. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the decorations throughout the house were really nice and welcoming. The couch was also comfortable for both sitting and sleeping, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen had a full-size fridge, and the AC worked really well, keeping the space nice and cool. It’s an older place, so it does have a few quirks, but that added to its character.One thing to note is that the unit is on the second floor and requires using a steep metal staircase on the backside of the building, to access it, which may be important for some guests. Once inside, though, it was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed.The location was also a big plus — very close to Raymond James Stadium, which was perfect since we were in town for the BTS concert. It’s on a quiet street, pet friendly, and conveniently close to restaurants and stores. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay

BOOK WITH CAUTION!! NOTHING LIKE LISTING AND PROPERTY MANGER UNRESPONSIVE UNLESS YOU ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE.To access this property you must first walk through a pipe dream of a backyard, certainly not like depicted in the photos, then climb a jenky fire escape. At which point you’ve reached one of the two doors to the property. Once inside you’ll find a poorly maintained decrepit apartment. Floor boards that are coming up, stains on floor boards, tiles falling off the wall, trash left in the kitchen, closets with doors off their hinges, a stove top where the pieces don’t fit. And my personal favorite is a bedroom with a door that has a window to an accessible front pathway that does not lock and the front door of the property leading directly into the room. When contacted the property manager has not responded to any of my messages but responds to customer service to tell them they will not allow me to cancel my stay. But will later message to hope I had a nice stay.The rose colored glasses that were worn when preparing this listing are astounding.

We do want to clarify that during your stay we did not receive any direct communication regarding these concerns or any request for assistance or resolution. Had we been contacted directly, we would have gladly addressed any questions or maintenance items in real time. We responded promptly to VRBO customer support when contacted and followed the cancellation policy associated with the reservation, which VRBO also reviewed. The apartment was professionally prepared and inspected prior to arrival, and we were unable to verify several of the issues described in the review. Additionally, the bedroom window referenced is a fixed window by design and is not intended to open. The listing photos and description accurately reflect the layout and access to the property, including the exterior staircase. We appreciate all guest feedback and will continue working to maintain and improve the experience for future stays.
