The room was nice and clean and the host is a gem. The location is fantastic- a well established neighborhood close to the highway, airport, International Mall, and tons of great restaurants and shopping. I walked the neighborhood for exercise every day and felt very comfortable/safe. I stayed about 3 weeks and will definitely keep this one in mind for next time.

This property was good because the owner was on site and helped with anything that I needed. It was very quiet, very clean and comfortable spot. I will definitely use this property again as I always travel to this area and would love to have the same experience and very affordable..

The bare essentials, safe location, good price

If you need a good value and safe location, this is your spot. The host lives on the property, which is convenient for communication. I had my dog with me and the host's dog was not pleased, so I left 2 nghts early.

Good stay and close to the stadium - host offered parking about a block from the stadium for a discount which made parking convenient. My friend did leave her headphones in the room and when contacted the host to check on that - he never replied back with any update. Disappointing - but overall a good stay!

Very clean and comfortable place

It place is very clean and comfortable. I went to Tampa for a-weekend class and I brought my dog with me. I didn’t have time to cook to use the kitchen. But it looked like it had everything you will need. I had a small Prius so that parking on the lawn was not a problem at all. I have the class every year at the Mariotte Hotel nearby in Tampa. I will definitely stay there again because it is only 5-minutes drive to my class and the price is very affordable for me and my dog. 😊
