A new home is being built next door. Collier County construction ordinances restrict work to daytime hours only. The loudest phases (framing and roofing) are expected to be completed mid-February, with remaining work primarily interior. To help preserve guest comfort and privacy, the home features two primary bedrooms positioned on opposite sides of the property, along with a 6-foot privacy fence with an additional 2-foot lattice buffer. While construction activity is not expected to impact your stay, this disclosure is provided in the spirit of full transparency so guests can book with confidence.
