Brand new 7 person 90 jet spa/hot tub.
Relax with room to spread out in an 8000 square feet home under central air-conditioning with 7 bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms on main floor) and 7 bathrooms. There are 9 beds (6 queen, 2 king, 1 twin) and 2 full size cribs.
Take a swim in the large heated pool or stroll the 5 acres exploring the tropical fruit trees and flowers.
Our outside space has 2 dining areas, lounge chairs and a sectional. The yard gives you the option to play sports or enjoy walking through the large garden areas. You may choose to relax in the pool while soaking up the sun or get a massage in the new hot tub while overlooking the tropical landscape. The entire lanai is all screened so our guests can enjoy the outside ammenities daytime or nightime without any nuisance insects.
Relax with a movie on the 110" screen in our surround sound movie room, the 83" smart TV in family room or at the bar. Our gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make your stay memorable. Enjoy two living rooms with lots of seating. One living room has a bar with 6 bar stools, a table to play cards, a flat screen TV and a sectional. Mix up your favorite cocktail or pour a glass of wine and just relax. Our second lounging area has an additional sectional and chairs. There is a formal dining room in addition to an eat in area in the kitchen overlooking the pool. In addition to the other eating areas, we have a room set up with 4 tables with tablecloths and chairs for holiday gatherings.
We are centrally located, the beach is an 8 mile drive, 1 mile to Publix supermarket, 4 miles to interstate 75, 20 minutes to Fort Myers airport, 1.5 hours to Miami. Parking? no worries, the large circular driveway and porte cochère make parking and unloading luggage a breeze.
There is plenty to see in Naples in a short drive of 20 minutes or less. Beaches, award winning restaurants, see manatees, golf, pickleball, dolphins, Botanical gardens, zoo, nature hikes, gator tour airboat rides, diving/ snorkeling. Marco Island is 20 minutes south.
Recommendations on activities with directions, etc. will be available in the home to make it easy to plan your stay.

Wonderful family trip

Our family, 6 adults/6 children, had a fabulous time. Communication with Steve/Dianne was excellent, the house was very clean and neat, check in/out very easy and house supplied with everything you would need. Pool area was a hit with grandkids.

Perfect getaway for large groups!

We weren't sure we could find a nice comfortable home with multiple amenities for 14 people, but jackpot, we found it! The owners were so pleasant to work with and we had everything you could want in this lovely home.

Awesome experience- lots of memories

We had an awesome stay at the house and would highly recommend it. We had 9 adults and 3 kids and we had room to spare. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We spent most of our time next to the pool or in the pool. The property is very private, we couldn’t hear or see the neighbors. I look forward to staying at this house in the future.

We weren’t especially impressed with the location of this property but the home was very nice. Loved the pool and there were plenty of bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, and pots and pans that you could possibly need. All of the bedrooms had a bath. The master bathroom was exceptional. Lovely home.

East Naples peaceful home

First, let me say that Steve and Dianne were fantastic communicators. Best I have seen as a house renter and we’ve had many good ones. The home was great and in a very quiet neighborhood. The theatre room was fun. The backyard pool and spa were as advertised. The screened in pool area was nice. Plenty of space for our large group to eat together. More than enough bathroom space. Grounds were nice and there were a few nice quiet streets nearby to walk. Also, close to primary attractions in Naples.

Amazing Property

Couldn’t ask for a better location or property. House was equipped with all the necessities for our stay. Pool was warm, beds were comfortable, great spot to come back to at the end of the day. Will book again next December!

The house is very large and spacious with beautiful landscaping. We bought coffee and tea but they provided all that plus things we didn't anticipated would be there. The host were very responsive through every step of the way. We had a great time and would highly recommend them.

The house was beautiful and spotless! Plenty of room for the 7 of us Ladies! Pool and pool area was grand! Hosts provided clear communication on everything! House had everything we needed including stocked kitchen to cook and serve. We all loved the house and all it offers!! Only thing I would suggest is more lounging chairs by the pool to accommodate the group. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Property

Our family of 12 had the best time at Bella Vita. Everyone had space to spread out and relax on our week long vacation together. Can’t say enough good things about the house & backyard. Beautiful grounds, amazing pool, and the house has everything you could need or want. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, pool & beach toys, and abundance of towels and extra blankets. The theater room was awesome for watching the NCAA games together! The property owners were wonderfully accommodating. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Ideal for family (of 14) reunion

Located on the more quiet side of Naples on acres of fenced lawns and extensive gardens, this spacious property (8000 sq feet) was an ideal fit for our family group ranging in age from 8 to 78. With a large pool, a hot tub, a movie theater, multiple television screens, game tables and chairs, and a large grill in the pool/patio area to supplement the well appointed kitchen, we had no trouble keeping ourselves busy, happy, entertained, and fed. The bedrooms ranged from large to huge. Everyone remarked about how comfortable the beds were. The house is clearly well maintained and the owners have done an exceptional job of making this property so inviting as well as functional. In addition, Steve and Dianne responded promptly (within minutes, usually) to our occasional questions. Our group has been to several VRBO destinations over the years. This is one that will be put on our "repeat list".

Family birthday

This was a great place to celebrate my father's birthday. There was plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms to keep everyone happy. It was a pleasant surprise that there were baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, as well as a pack'n play (this was in addition to two cribs and a high chair). It made our life much easier with two kids under two. The property managers were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again for a family gathering.

Phenomenal!

Wow! This home is phenomenal! Our family stayed here the first of January 2024. Plenty of room for everyone. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable.Gourmet kitchen for sure (wish I could duplicate it at my home)! Having 2 coffee pots (Keurig and Keurig w/a pot) was perfect for our morning coffee! Having all these bathrooms was so nice. Pool so clean and excellent for kids to enjoy. Safe area. We had a couple of glitches, but Steve and Diane were quick to respond and VERY nice. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the landscaping and yard. Great place 👍❤️

Had enough for girls that wanted their own room did. Pool was the most enjoyable. They had everything we needed. It was more than what we thought we would get. Lost the code and Dianne and Steve got back to us before we even got to the house. We were able to find everything we needed by the emails we got. They left us a great note explaining we’re we could find things. Every one really enjoyed our stay!!!!! We would give it a 10.

Property was really nice. Wish the pool was warmer, would pay more to be able to use the pool, solar heat just didn't cut it. The theater room was a bust the remote that I was told to use didn't exist. The tv in the famliy room remote didn't work ,steve had one delivered then it was ok. The property was very nice. Better instructions on how theater devices work.

Family reunion success

We planned a weekend at Steve and Diane’s place to make my family of 12 comfortable while visiting extended family for a long overdue family reunion with 4 generations of relatives from all over the US and UK. After the last hurricane my Aunt and Uncles place was destroyed and it became necessary to have a venue for a brunch. Not only did this house serve our needs for my kids and their kids, it allowed us to entertain 35 people on superbowl morning for a brunch and then Super Bowl dinner for a smaller crowd. We had the game on 3 tvs, living room, theater, and bar areas so you could mingle from room to room and still keep an eye on the game. Because the TVs only have cable it was necessary to adapt and overcome with the use of Roku to get the game on. But this was easy enough, we ran to the local Best Buy and grabbed a few Roku sticks and logged in. Happy to do so. We’ll done Steve and Diane. We may ask you to have us again in the future for a semi annual version.

Fantastic House!!

We stayed in Naples with a family group because our son was getting married and we live a thousand miles away. The owner was fabulous about answering our questions about details for the house. We had parents, grandparents, siblings, cousins, etc--and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The movie room was great--enjoyed by all ages. The screened in pool was great--and had pool towels provided. The bedrooms were large. There were plenty of towels, handsoap, shampoo, etc. The house was clean and beautifully furnished. There was even a washer and dryer on both floors! The kitchen was especially helpful (LOTS of counter space, a full size fridge and freezer side by side, two ovens, and plenty of kitchen supplies) since we were planning for the rehearsal dinner and baking the wedding cake and groom's cake. There was also plenty of seating for meals together, rather than having to eat in shifts! We have been going to the beach and renting houses for many years, and while this one is not "a beach house" per se, it is by far the BEST house we have ever stayed in. If we need a rental in the Naples area again, we will definitely try to stay in this house--it was AMAZING!! Thank you so much!!

The beaches, activities and the tropical landscape is why Naples is one of the best vacation destinations. There is plenty to do here if you don't want to just soak up the sun and relax. In the home we have a book with recommendations of places to see and experience. A vacation should be a place where memories are made.

If you have a large family or friends that travel together then this home is perfect for you. There is lots of space to come together and enjoy your company and yet plenty for privacy. The rooms are spacious and provide able closets and shelving for your clothing. Several of the bedrooms have their own ensuite and 6 beds are queen size with a king bed on the first floor and one on the second floor. Don't want to cook? Naples is known for outstanding restaurants. We even have recommendations if you want to hire a photographer to capture your memories or hire a chef.

This is a spacious home with amble size bedrooms with lots of comforable seating areas for your entertaining needs. The large pool has a covered lanai so you can enjoy swimming in the evening as well as the daytime. The property offers privacy surrounded by tropical gardens with plenty of parking for your guests. Being centrally located it is a quick drive to most places to see in Naples.
