Lumineux et ensoleillé sur les enfants de la plage peut jouer dans le propriétaire plage clôturé dans le sable et vous pouvez regarder de la cuisine. Amusez-vous avec un grand nombre de places assises pour des tables dans le sable - cuisine en granit et des pièces spacieuses et où vous pourrez vous rendre à pied à des épiceries, des bars, des restaurants et au golf.
Salles de cinéma. En outre, le condo fournit des chaises de plage biggie boards tous les parapluies et une cuisine complète et Netflix et télévision par câble. Great place to stay with the family

This place was a great place to stay with our two children. Very conveniently located near plenty of food/activities and was awesome to be able to walk out onto the beach directly from the porch. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

We were really happy with our stay here. It accommodated our family perfectly. The location was perfect for having 3 little ones under 7. Easy access to the beach which made it nice to go back and forth for the toddlers that needed naps and to quickly break for lunch. Place could use a bit of updating but overall we were really pleased with the stay and would absolutely stay here again.

A hot coffee away Beach

We loved this place, it is a hot coffee away proximity to the beach, we enjoyed walking to the beach before breakfast and go back after dinner and in between because of the location. we walk up to see the sunrise and enjoyed the sunset while sitting on the same spot. My daughter and Niece were very happy that I found this place.

Second Stay and Still Great

This is our second time staying at this location and we continue to be very happy. This is a great place to stay with children and is very convenient for parking/beach access. Plenty of food and grocery options around. The condo is clean and has plenty of space. Will continue to look to stay at this location in the future.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! The place was perfectly located on the beach and on the quiet side of Ocean City which we appreciated! Sally had excellent communication with us prior to our stay and continued through our stay! This will be our place when we come back!

Terrific location and convenient first floor walk-out

Sally is terrific to work with and check-in was a breeze. This property is located on the first floor so you can walk directly through a gated private sandy area for condo residents and then directly onto the beach. We were concerned the first floor location might be noisy but the property is very private and we rarely saw or heard neighbors. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for two adults and three children. Large tv’s in every room, lots of updates, and very comfortable beds. We would love to stay here again.

Pleasant and Scenic Accommodations in North OC

Our annual beach vacation was spent at a very lovely condo in North Ocean City. The accommodations were adequate for our size of our family - 3 adults and I child. Easy access to beach and enjoyed the sand area in front of the condo. Our almost 2 yrs. old grandson enjoyed that space very much. The beds were very comfortable. The property could use some updating and not thoroughly clean (shower liner was dirty). The host was timely in her responses and friendly and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Only concern was check out time--Vbro website says 11 am but when we checked in and when read the instructions on refrig. it said 10 am. Nonetheless, would highly recommend this property mainly for location, easy access to beach, and many good restaurants nearby.

Fantastic condo!

This condo was everything we needed! 1st floor condo right to private beach area. Ocean was a mere dune crossing away. Coveted 2 parking spaces right by front door!! You can’t see the ocean from the patio as the sand dune is in the way, but you can hear it! There is a fox den in the dune and we looked forward to the fox each night. Kitchen had all items we needed. Plenty of pots and pans. The beach toys and chairs were great to have and saved room not having to bring them ourselves. It was a major plus. The condo was clean and comfortable. It may not have the most modern updates, but it was nicely decorated. The condo is in north OC which was more quiet and not as busy as the boardwalk. Close to restaurants and the awesome north side park. We would 100% book this condo again. Sally was such a friendly host and was a pleasure to work with! You will not be disappointed!

Great location on ground floor, just walk right out to the beach. Great for kids too!

Very good experience working with VRBO and Sally. Very responsive to questions. Unit is functional but could use some serious updating!

Great place and quiet location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo building is sort in a “cul de sac” area which seemed to make it more private. It’s in a good area with quite a few restaurants and other stores within walking distance. The condo itself is nicely decorated and maintained, and clean. There is closet full of beach items you can borrow which is nice, but my family brought our own. Kitchen is decently stocked … on par with most places. Sally was very communicative and pleasant to do business with. We had a great week! I would stay here again!

We have vacationed for many years in OC, and this Condo was the best overall stay we have had for our family of 5. It was a great value for the location. It was clean, well equipped and we had 0 issues. We will stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay at the beach!!

This is a very sweet little condo that surprisingly has lots of space! It was updated and contains just about everything you need for your vacation! Quality appliances, Kitchen tools, beach gear, etc. all available. Easy access to beach with a prime first floor location. Sally was super easy to work with and very accommodating. Will most definitely stay here again!!

Property was as shown in the pictures. The backyard is right against the beach which is very convenient. Sally is easy to work with and quick at responding to messages. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed for 5 days, I had 3 kids ( 11,9,4), and 4 adults...... there was more then enough room for all of us..... very up to date.....Shirt walk to the beach and its very fun quiet at night...... and ould love to book this property again if you wanna decide to come to OCMD next year!!!

great beach condo

Spacious, clean beach condo, with everything we needed. Note that the view from the porch is of the dunes, not the ocean, but still a lovely view, and you can walk right out your front gate to the beach access. I loved to walk with my coffee out to the waves in the morning. We definitely like the quieter feel of the beach this far north. FYI: you need to bring your own linens, online said checkout was 11am, but the note on the fridge said 10am. Highly recommended!

Nice Location but beware of extra charges

I have to say I enjoyed my stay for the most part. When we arrived we noticed the place could be a little cleaner and we did see flies as well, but we decided to clean up and look over this. Big mistake! Tip 1) I highly recommend as soon as you check in to video tape and record how the place looked when you first get there ( I will explain why later) The owner never sent up a welcome email the prior day with rules or how to get in. After sending numerous messages she calls on my phone with the code to enter. Tip#2 make sure you read her rules before entering the unit and ask that she provides a safer keyless code. When we got there a note said the WiFi password was on the back of the modem. Tip#3 the WiFi password on the back of the modem is incorrect. We had a nice time at the beach and it was a great location. Fast forward to check out day. We cleaned up set the temp to how the owner wanted the unit, used our own towels, sheets, vacuumed even mopped, remove food from the frig and removed all trash. The owner then charges me for damages! I emailed her and asked her what happened. She said the cleaning people came into the unit and said her place was a wreck and trash was everywhere. What??!? I asked her to send me pictures. She never sent me pictures. I then reported her to Vrbo ( no response from Vrbo). I was so insulted and stressed! The next day she sends me a text saying “wow, sorry”. This was so weird. I had a nice time, but coming home to this drama from the owner ruined my vacation.

I am a retired nurse and entrepreneur who purchased this property many years ago looking to share it with friends and family as well as rent. I love the ocean and this property has the best beach and location in ocean city as far as I am concerned. The beach is wide and beautiful. Can walk to the crab bag for the best in crabs really don't need a car.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I wanted a beach property that was directly on the beach. Why walk and carry items for blocks or up and down elevators. This property lets you walk directly to the water. Guests can move tables onto the sand and seat 20 plus for dinner. While the kids play volley ball on the owner owned beach property.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This property is unique in that you walk to the water from your room, no elevators or streets to cross. You can enjoy your children or guests playing or sunbathing on our own fenced beach. I do not know of any other property in Ocean City that has this option.
