List of bad items off the bat:Parking garage is up a steep hill, a block away from the apartment. Made getting our car load of things a huge pain into the apartment. This should have been communicated as it would have been a deal breakerTook 40 minutes to check into the apartment. Since you need to meet with an "ambassador" but they couldn't figure out the lock and had to get the keys, then met us downstairs, then had to run up to get the keys again for some reason. Had to sit in a non parking spot for 40 minutes while we waited for him. We also got a text at noon that we could check in early. Which we requested to see if that was an option. Then was told no we still had to wait until 4, even though we got a text saying we were good to check in at 12:30pm. No AC, which not having central air is fine, but there was no window unit even. And 2 out of the 4 box fans they had in the apartment didn't work. Speaking of didn't work, neither TV worked. the living room one worked for a total of about 2 hours the first night, then refused to turn on for the next 2 nightsThe main door, you had to put your entire bodyweight into closing for it to latch. If you didn't know this, you could very well lock the door, and walk away without it ever being actually locked because it isn't latched. Bedroom door did not close (wood expanded because its humid in there because no AC). The Good: it couldn't be any closer to the convention center which is about the only redeeming quality.
