4 Westland Ave. Charmante maison confortable avec jardin à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la plage (environ 2 km de la plage). Un pâté de maisons d'Amtrak, d'une jetée, de restaurants, de boutiques, d'un parc, d'une aire de jeu pour enfants, de courts de tennis et de basket-ball, de bons restaurants et de boutiques. Zone de pelouse clôturée, beaux jardins pérennes, bain à remous extérieur. Belle plage de 7 mile. Venez vous détendre et vous reposer. Ceci est votre maison loin de chez vous.

Welcoming historic home with hot tub and fire pit.

Welcoming home with lovely beach decor. Easy walking distance to beach, pier and amusement park. Owner is very gracious and hospitable. We had a wonderful time! Would definitely go back.

Celebrating turning 60

We stayed for 4 nights. Nice community. Walked to restaurants, beach, and miniature golf. Loved the hot tub. We also explored nearby communities.

Felt Like Home

Judy went above and beyond to accommodate our family. The historic home had modern amenities and everything we needed, and even things we didn't know we needed, for a great beach vacation.

Great time. House was perfect

It was a perfect getaway location and house. The house was very clean and stalked with everything we would ever need. Hot Tub was amazing. Fire pit was stalked with enough wood. The owner was there to meet us and show us around. We will definitely love to come again

Fun Family Trip

My family and I enjoyed staying in this house in Old Orchard Beach. The house was lovely, and it’s within walking distance to the pier, beach, and even Amtrak! Our family enjoyed it, and Judy was a great hostess.

Great location and quiet neighborhood

The house is very nicely maintained. It is very close to the beach and other activities. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and Judy is a very gracious host.

House near the beach with hot tub

Nice house within easy walk to Old Orchard Beach. Beautiful garden in back with a lovely yard for sitting out in the evening. The hot tub is a big plus!

Nice time at the beach

Had a great time in Old Orchard. Quick walk to town, stores, pier and beach. several nights had live music at the pier and/ or local parks. House worked well with our family and indoor and outdoor spaces were good for us. Kids also used the hot tub which was nice.

Friends Weekend

Quiet, clean, comfortable place close to the beach, Kennebunkport and Portland. Loved the fire pit in the backyard. Great for hanging out, drinking wine and laughing with friends. Thank you Judy for your hospitality : )

Enjoyed Orchard Beach

Judy is an excellent, helpful host. Her home is very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen, in particular, is well outfitted, the neighborhood is quiet, while close to the beach/amusement zone. The Backyard is a nice evening retreat. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect Vacation!

Judy, the property owner, was so accomodating in providing an easy checkin process, a comfortable home, and a relaxing yard. She really helped us make the most out of our vacation. The property is perfectly located to enjoy the beach and other surrounding activities. We cant wait to do it all again!

Fantastic Vacation spot

This house is in a perfect location for walking to the beach or pier. There is plenty of sleeping room and the house is well kept. We had a girls' getaway and had a wonderful time. Having a full kitchen is a bonus, and the hot tub is a very nice extra. Judy is a wonderful and caring hostess. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Long Weekend Stay!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the property owner, who gave us a tour of this classic New England shore house. The accommodations were excellent: the beds were comfy; the window a/c units did their job, and the place just had an overall feel of warmth and comfort. It was a relatively short walk to the beach and the amusement area: about 4/10 of a mile. Lobster restaurants abound. We had our fill.

Old Orchard Getaway

True to description- the house has everything you could possibly need. Note that there are lots of rugs and breakables and a fairly steep staircase, so not ideal for older people who may have some mobility issues. Judy was super responsive to our questions along the way and provided some good suggestions.

Most Relaxing Vacation! House has everything!

Judy's home was perfect for our multi generational family. It was both relaxing inside and outside. The kids loved the strong internet connection, my daughter enjoyed the hot tub, I especially love the laugh and memories made in the kitchen having breakfast and dinner together. The house even had beach toys for the kids and games for the children. Judy has truly been thoughtful in her design.

LOVE THIS HOUSE

Judy was great to work with and got back to me very quickly with any questions. The house was just as described and had everything we needed. We especially loved the backyard privacy and didn't even go to the beach as we were happy staying put (note we were in town for a basketball tourney not a beach vacation). We walked to the pier for dinner and it was very close. We definitely want to stay again in the future!

Great family vacation by the beach

We stayed at Judy's house for the first week of July 2019. The house is huge with a nice and intimate yard. The house is well maintained and very clean. The property is about 10 minutes away from the beach or Old Orchard beach's main street. There is also a nice spa and the owner provides beach karts that help reaching the beach. Each room has its own AC unit. The kids had a great time!

Time away with friends

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and then some! Plenty of room for four adults to enjoy some relaxation. Yard and deck were immaculate with beautiful gardens and lots of great sitting places. Judy was very communicative and provided many perks, like the hot tub, s’mores fixings, wood for the fire, Alexa for music, WiFi, keurig machine, beach chairs, etc. You can see the effort she makes to ensure you enjoy your stay. Perfect walking distance to the beach area. Short drive to Portland area as well. Look forward to staying here again. Thank you for a great stay.

So much more than you expect!!!

We loved it. We had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washer, dryer, Iron,.. hot tub. Need I say more? There were paper plates, napkins we didn't expect. We brought extras and left them as well as I am sure others have. We felt like family, Truly. I hope we are able to enjoy staying here again next year. Wonderful owner, made you feel like you have known eachother for years. We will definitely be going back and staying.

Everything Expected and More

We felt at home the minute we arrived. Judy welcomed us to her home and we felt like family. There were toys available for my 4yr old grandson and plenty of beach toys and umbrella's to make our day at the beach perfect. Close enough to Portland to make 3 trips through out our stay. Plenty of towels, kitchen gadgets and amenities. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Maine. Clean and well maintained by the end of the week we felt like it was our summer beach house. Thank you Judy for making our first vacation to Maine something to remember. We are still bragging it up to anyone who will listen!

Clean and Close to Everything

This home was very clean and well cared for. The decor was tasteful. The entire house from kitchen to bathrooms was very well equipped--from laundry soap (!) to bath towels to kitchen utensils. The home was walking distance to beautiful beaches and the boardwalk/amusement park. The only advice I have for the homeowner (who was accommodating and very helpful) is to clear out some of the cabinet space in the kitchen. We had no where to put our food. There were a few issues that were beyond the owner's control (one neighbor had a dog that would not stop barking from morning until night, and other neighbors were using heavy excavating equipment during our stay.) OOB is a busy community and being there during 4th of July was especially loud and chaotic. But my kids had fun and the house was clean and close to the beaches. If you're looking for a vacation with lots of activity and beautiful beaches, this house is a great place to stay!

OOB August 2014

Our group of 8 stayed at 4 Westland from August 9 to 16. The house was perfect and had more than we expected. Kitchen if fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, glasses, special dishes for lobster, spices, freezer that makes ice, a table for 8 + another for 4. Big TV, Wii, Wi-fi, lots of sofas and cushions. Confortable bedrooms, lots of blankets and A/C and ceiling fan in each room. Washer & Dryer, lots of towels for shower & spa. Two spots on property for fireplace and lots of garden chairs. She gaves access to her shed wich contains among others 2 beach buggys, beach chairs, and beach toys. Even if we often ear police sirens, the house is located in a calm & safe sector, 10 minutes walk from the beach (a little hill). At the corner of the street, on a short walking distance, a little market boils the lobster for you; call before and it is ready in 20 minutes. There is also a small pizzeria nearby by walk where they also serves fried clams. Downtown of OOB, all the stores, pier and amusement park are also at a walking distance; pleasant to go in evening; stores stays opened late. If you like to be seated first row on the beach, plan to go no later than 10AM. We had 2 days of amazing big waves this year; body board are a must and don't hesitate to pay a little more because the cheapest ones don't last long. In resume, we loved our stay and would absolutely recommand that house to anyone. Hoping this comment may help you and that my English is not too bad. From a happy Montreal, Quebec, group :)
