Cute studio with cool air-conditioner, stylish modern decorations, and with everything you need for a relaxing enjoyable stay near the sunny Waikiki beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, and more. Located inside the popular one-of-a-kind boutique Waikiki Grand hotel known for its fabulous prime "East" Waikiki location at the edge of busy Waikiki and the much quieter Gold Coast. Very safe space with an expansive lobby, activities desk, swimming pool, sundeck, Hula’s Bar, Teddy's Bigger Burgers, restaurants, and more! Truly a hidden gem! This privately owned studio suite resembles a typical hotel studio room layout in function and design, but also includes a nice kitchen and full size refrigerator to help you save money by cooking/eating your own meals and eat healthier, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Our prime location is less than 50 yards (46 meters) from famous Waikiki Beach and conveniently located on the 9th floor of the popular Waikiki Grand hotel with elevators, on the quiet side of the building. Hula’s Bar is on 2nd floor of the other side of the building with live music, DJ's, delicious award-winning food and handcrafted cocktails while experiencing the spectacular views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach!.

The posted reservation total includes all taxes. No resort fees.

Full bathroom with shower and bathtub, sink, vanity, cabinets, toilet, hair dryer, soaps, towels, etc.. Kitchen amenities include a stove-top, oven/toaster, microwave, full refrigerator, wine/beverage fridge, coffee maker, rice cooker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and all the cooking/eating basics for a great stay! We also provide beach toys/gear, beach towels, beach chairs, and more. The space is small but every inch is utilized beautifully and well thought.

There is a shared Sundeck patio on the 10th floor where you can enjoy truly amazing unparalleled picture-perfect panoramic views of Diamond Head, as well as the beach oceanfront, Kapiolani Park, Honolulu Zoo, Aquarium, Waikiki Shell, and the Oahu's Gold Coast.
Hula’s Bar & Lei Stand is on 2nd floor for your entertainment.

Literally steps from the beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, activities, tour buses and taxis, so you don't need a car. Near public bus stop where you can get transportation to any place on the island.

Cleanliness is very important, so we hire a housecleaning crew who carefully cleans and prepares our unit before you arrive. Especially due to Covid, these experts pay special attention to anything guests can touch, so guests can enjoy their stay without having to think about the potential threat of the virus in the unit.

One queen size bed with a new comfy mattress with protector. The place is set up mostly for two people, but we can also provide one rollaway twin bed if your reservation includes a third guest (and if you request it in advance) for squeezing in a third guest. Also, we can provide a foldable pack-n-play crib and tub for infants (if you request it in advance).

Renovated kitchenette with new amenities including granite countertop, a new stove-top, new full size refrigerator, new over-the-range microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, sink, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, eating utensils, and stocked with more cooking basics for a great stay!

Our open floor plan on he 9th floor provides a nice quiet space for relaxing and meals. For your comfort, we provide free high-speed fiber internet WiFi, TV with 285+ channels, clean linens, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie board, snorkels, and a starter amount of supplies.

Although the unit doesn't have a balcony/lanai or ocean view, there is an amazing shared Sundeck rooftop lanai with gorgeous ocean views of Waikiki beach and spectacular Diamond Head views, and outdoor tables and chairs for guests to enjoy the amazing views with a cold drink or meal!

TRANSPORTATION / PARKING?
Most of our guests don't rent a car because our condo is so centrally located - just steps from Waikiki Beach, restaurants, shopping, activities, food and entertainment. Plus the unit is steps away from a wide variety of convenient transportation options (buses, trolleys, taxis, Uber, Lyft, tour shuttles, bikes, scooters, hourly/daily car rentals, moped rentals, etc) that can take you to any place on the island.
If you need parking, the building has paid parking and there are other parking options nearby.

We take care of our guests as a super host by providing guests with a professionally clean, comfortable, enjoyable accommodation with little extras (such as snorkeling gear), everything in good working order, and prompt effective communication.

ALL TAXES ARE ALREADY BUILT IN TO THE GRAND TOTAL

Legal Vacation Rental - All vacation bookings in Hawaii are by law subject to 3% Oahu transient accommodations tax (OTAT) in addition to the current 10.25% transient accommodations tax (TAT) and 4.712% Hawaii GE tax, which are included as part of your reservation cost. Again, the reservation price you pay through Vrbo includes everything (all taxes and fees), so you don't need to worry about paying other taxes or hidden reservation fees for the condo later.

Tropical climate: on average Hawaii's climate provides some of the best weather on the planet! Tropical climates are unpredictable and strong storms/winds can cause issues such as temporary power outages, so please be sure to familiarize yourself with the various tropical climate conditions here, and monitor the weather reports.

This privately owned studio suite resembles a typical hotel studio room layout in function and design, but also includes a nice kitchen and full size refrigerator to help you save money by cooking/eating your own meals and eat healthier, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
Notice from the photos that this studio space isn't large (approx 300 sqft), which is normal in Waikiki. In and around Waikiki, studios and rooms may be smaller than what you are used to, so you might want to book a two-bedroom unit if you need a lot of space. Our linens are clean of course, however, if you have allergies, it is recommended that you bring your own bedding.
