The house is thoughtfully designed, partially nestled into the side of a hill, granting it a unique vantage point overlooking a private one-acre pond, dense forests, and the majestic Round Hill. Nature enthusiasts will rejoice as they embark on our extensive trail system, featuring 0.75 miles of low-cut grass trails that wind through 10 acres of high grass, meandering around the pond. For the adventurous souls, there's an additional 25 acres of primitive forest waiting to be explored.
