Nouvelle construction 2019 joliment construite sur une propriété avec une vue magnifique sur la chaîne de montagnes et la ferme équestre. Grand plan d'étage ouvert avec des plafonds voûtés. Superbes vues de la salle à manger et de la cuisine au rez-de-chaussée. Grande cheminée en pierre du sol au plafond agréable du salon, de la cuisine et de la salle à manger. Grand îlot de cuisine avec des chaises pour les repas décontractés, comptoirs en granite. Tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, eau de puits filtrée sur la porte du réfrigérateur et tous les ustensiles de cuisine inclus. Une grande chambre king avec spectaculaire salle de bain principale. Une grande chambre queen avec salle de bain spacieuse. Une chambre avec lits superposés avec un lit gigogne pouvant accueillir 4 personnes confortablement, avec une salle de bain complète à l’extérieur de la chambre. Une belle et spacieuse mezzanine avec télévision donnant sur la cheminée spectaculaire et un salon ouvert avec un lit gigogne extra-large. Une grande terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur un grand étang et une ferme équestre avec la paisible chaîne de montagnes idyllique en toile de fond.

La propriété est un court trajet en voiture 2 min dans le centre de la ville où vous trouverez un large choix de restaurants et de magasins merveilleux. Ski Windham se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture et le domaine skiable de Hunter Mt est à 15 minutes en voiture. Il existe un large choix de sentiers de randonnée pour une randonnée hivernale ou à tout moment. Il y a une magnifique sélection de terrains de golf à quelques minutes en voiture de la maison. Si vous préférez faire l'expérience du parc aquatique en famille, le parc aquatique Zoom Flume est à 10 min en voiture. Vous pouvez également vous rendre à North Lake et South Lake en 25 min plage avec une belle chaîne de montagnes qui vous entoure. Il y a de nombreux beaux sentiers de randonnée avec vue sur la cascade et une vue spectaculaire sur l'état de la rivière Hudson à 5 km, le tout à 25 min en voiture de votre maison de montagne propice à la détente.

Fall foliage

The perfect fall getaway. Beautiful home with amazing mountain views. Conveniently close to Main Street and Windham Mountain ski area. Great communication throughout, and the house was wonderful. Highly recommend. We will be back!!

A great place to stay in Windham

We spent a great month here! The view of the mountains and the night sky from the deck is breathtaking. The house looks even nicer in person than in the pictures. It gets lots of sunlight, is very spacious and nicely decorated. It is also in a well located and peaceful area and if you have small children, they will fall in love with the Vidbel Mountain Homestead, a farm which is just steps away from the house. We are really happy we chose this house for our stay in Windham and must say that Ray, who manages the property, went out of his way to assist us when we needed help. We can't wait to come back!

Great, Again!

We selected this house, in large part, because we stayed here before – a month in 2020. After that month, I gave the house a 5 rating. Four years later, the house is still a 5. Why? Check-In – easy instructions and well in advance. Location – Windham is a great town, and the house might be in the most peaceful and comfortable setting. The House – open space, high ceilings, air conditioning, spotless, and everything you need (from towels, toiletries, clean sheets to a fully stocked kitchen). The host – Ray is not just a great host (two times over) but is a super nice person. From the restaurant selections, the bottle of wine (a Brunello di Montalcino), the extra coffee mugs to putting us up in a hotel (a blackout knocked out power for some time), Ray was, and is, the consummate host. When you add it all up, we had a great two weeks and if there’s a third time, you know where we’ll be.

Beautiful home and lovely stay

Our friends absolutely loved this getaway from the city, the house was inviting and comfortable, the town was super charming, and we were a short drive from lots of hikes and outdoor adventure. The nearby waterfall was especially beautiful. The house had everything you needed. Would highly recommended this stay!

Perfect for A Fall Getaway!

This house was perfect for our family Fall getaway to see the changing of the leaves! The house is spacious, beautifully clean, very comfortable and cozy, and the views from the living room are incredible. It’s only 5 minutes from Windham and 20 from Hunter, which was very convenient for activities and meals. Ray was an amazing host as well! He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We loved that he provided us with a long list of restaurants, grocery shopping, hiking and entertainment recommendations since we were not familiar with the area. We are already planning on coming back this winter and/or next Fall!

Friends & family reunion 2021

It was a great experience. There was plenty of room for my adult children and grandchildren. Having 3 full bathrooms was a blessing. We plan on doing this again in the future and hope this house is available. Ray made sure I had all the information I needed for check in and local sites in the area.

Stunning Mountain House!

This house is incredibly beautiful! It is larger than it appears, feels brand new, sparkling clean, and beautifully decorated. Ray was a fantastic host who not only provided prompt assistance when I had questions, but who gave so many wonderful recommendations for things to do and places to eat while in Windham. My friends and I enjoyed our stay immensely and I am already planning to go back!

Relaxing cabin for Christmas

My extended family spent Christmas at the cabin, and it was a great location with a great host! The house was spacious and comfortable, including for our three kids under 3. The host shared some great tips for places in town, which was a short drive down the hill. Highly recommended!

Home for Holidays

Family weekend get-together in Catskill, NY

We had a great time at the house. The location was very nice, quite and beautiful. Check in process was very convenient. House amenities were good. Just a small suggestion, few things were not there like Bath soap, shampoo, kitchen hand soap, scrubber and hair dryer. There was leftover food in the microwave and the liquid hand soaps in the bathrooms was less and not re-filled. It would have helped if the list of amenities included or not included were mentioned in the property listing details . Overall Stay was very comfortable and rest everything was good.

Summer getaway

Beautiful new property, with great views and location. The house is only a few minutes from town and easy to get to. The openness of the first floor with the huge windows makes it feel huge. The deck is great as well, with a sitting space as well as an eating area. There is plenty of room outside for lawn games as well. The night sky is awesome to view from the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! This is an amazing house, beautiful views, peaceful and great location! It was very clean and comfortable. The owner went above and beyond in choice of material and furniture to make it upscale and pleasant and the communication was excellent! Perfect getaway

We loved staying at this beautiful home for our girls' getaway! Downtown Windham is super close along with some great hiking and waterfalls/swimming holes! The home was spotless and definitely brand new with all the kitchen necessitites, linens, fluffy towels, On the hottest weekend of the year, the home stayed cool despite having an alternate and unique cooling method! The owner ran out to grab multiple fans to keep the spot extra cool. So so sweet. We were so comfortable we cancelled dinner reservations, ordered pizza and hung out at the house. Thanks so much! We were so happy!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This home must have been just finished being built. It is absolutely beautiful. The owner is super responsive and so nice. The house is very short drive to Main Street, close to restaurants and activities. We loved this property and can't wait to go back.
