This quaint newly renovated country cottage will make you feel like you are home sweet home. Fall asleep with your window open listening to the tranquil sound of the river across the street and the creek that runs alongside of the property.



Only 8 mins to hunter mtn and 12 mins to Windham mtn.



Following your booking you will need to sign a rental agreement.



The Space:

This newly renovated property comes complete with a full kitchen, 1 bedroom featuring a queen size bed and large LED smart TV, living rooming with faux fireplace, another large LED smart TV, and 2 couches (1 pulls out to a queen bed).



There is additional sleeping space for 2 in the newly renovated exterior studio just steps away from the main house. The quaint and super cozy studio features WIFI with a large LED smart TV, along with heat and air-conditioning. Enjoy the privacy of this cozy studio, just a hop skip and a jump away from the kitchen and bathroom located in the main house. You will feel fully immersed in nature as your fall asleep listening to the soothing sounds of the creek that runs alongside the entire property.



There is a huge porch on the front of the house overlooking the Catskill mountain range and the beautiful Schoharie river. The sunsets are truly special along with the eagle nest perched along the river. There is also an outdoor fireplace, picnic table, small walking path through woods & propane BBQ for everyone to enjoy!



Guest Access:

ONLY 8 minutes to Hunter mtn and the town of Hunter.



Other Things to Note:

There will be a $35 per night pet fee added to your stay (no cats, sorry). Summer monthly rentals will include lawn care (on average twice a month). Monthly guests will be responsible to pay for the cost of electricity, propane for the stove and BBQ, oil for heat, cable/internet, snow plow (all are extremely affordable).
