A great location to explore Prince Edward County. Smooth and easy check in and out. A very attentive, but unobtrusive host. Plenty of space for a family or group with a cozy area for evening chats and stories.
The house has ample space for adults to move around; livingroom, kitchen and dining room. It was very clean and organized. The bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen had lots of utensils, dishes, pots etc. The beds, pillows and linens were comfortable. The deck, backyard and fire pit was spacious and a great place to relax. Furnace a little noisy but only heard from one bedroom on the ground floor. Air conditioning and second shower would be nice for the future.
We loved the area - great restaurants and lovely to be so close to the lake. Lots of wineries close by.
The beds were super comfortable and the bedding and towels were great quality.
Itâs a quaint lovely older home nicely renovated. Our only issue was that the furnace was loud in the lower bedrooms. so if youâre a light sleeper you might want to sleep upsatairs.
We really appreciated the hostess gift and we would rent this house again
This older house was very functional for our family. The new deck out back was where we set up to watch the solar eclipse. Being adjacent to the Millennium Trail and only a short walk to the lakefront was great for getting our exercise. The owner was good to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay.
Overall the place was fine. we had some really bad nights, as there was no aircon and it was extremely hot and humid. Installing aircon would make the house so much more comfortable.
