If your looking for a WOW house, this is it! Walk into a beautiful, high end, open concept with stunning views. Immaculate kitchen, with double oven, gas stove and 42" fridge, opens onto a covered deck, perfect for lounging with a glass of wine or enjoying a meal. Main bedroom is perfect for a romantic getaway with a beautiful ensuite bathroom featuring a large soaker tub, separate shower and two sinks plus a luxurious walk in closet. An additional bedroom is located on the main floor with another lovely full bathroom. The lower level boasts a huge entertainment room, with large screen TV, pool table and wet-bar, equipped with a beverage fridge. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with stunning garden views, lead off the main room. An immaculate additional bathroom with two sinks and separate toilet/shower room is located between the two bedrooms. Walk out to your ground level patio looking out onto a beautiful tree lined ridge. Found in the quaint town of Picton, wonderful restaurants, cafés and shops just a short walk away. Beaches, wineries, sights and other activities just a short drive away! Come and experience the County in style!

A beautiful house for a friends’ get-together!

We really enjoyed staying here for our “girls’ weekday weekend”! There are five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a really well-equipped kitchen and everything you could need! We would definitely enjoy staying here next time we visit Picton!

Awesome home

Group of ladies really enjoyed the home. Looks as listed, beautiful home with lots of room for everyone. Very close to downtown Picton, it is walkable, but no sidewalks along road. but about a 3 minute drive to start of downtown area. Beds very comfortable and home very clean. We would definitely go back again.

Amazing Stay

We spent 3 night here. Lisa was an amazing host who provided great info even before the stay. The place was very clean. All rooms are spacious and great spaces to hang out with friends. We were a beautiful walk to town and close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. We look forward to returning!

The house has plenty of space and backs onto a field. We enjoyed sitting with our coffee in the morning looking at the scenery.

Bird in the county

Our stay was exceptional! Enjoyed the facilities, very convenient, quiet, very clean, great kitchen with all the amenities, the open concept and the lodging is perfect for 7 or more adults, lovely deck overlooking a meadow, bedrooms spacious and bathrooms well equipped with lovely towels. Overall a great stay!

Great for three couples

This newly built modern house was large and had several sitting areas so we could all find space. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were new and comfortable, and the location was quiet and close to town. I can find nothing to fault this listing. Thank you Lisa.

A lovely weekend

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway with my friends. Very clean and spacious. All the amenities one could possibly need. Peaceful setting in the country but very accessible to the downtown area. Owner was very responsive to all my questions. We look forward to being back in the Spring. Highly recommend.

Spacious and Contemporary

This house suited our needs perfectly ( four retired friends): it is bright, spacious and immaculate and has comfortable furniture and a well equipped kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the animals and birds in the backyard.

Fabulous property in fabulous location

My family stayed here for a one week summer vacation and it was exactly as we hoped/wanted it to be. The place is beautifully renovated and feels very modern and clean. It has everything you could ever want/need. The walking distance to Picton is fantastic as it’s so easy to get to all the cute shops and delicious restaurants. Lisa answered all our questions quickly and patiently and once she found out we were bringing our 1 year old, she even ensured there was a baby gate there for us. We would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a luxury county home!

We had the most amazing county getaway in this beautiful property! The home was everything we could have hoped for…truly felt like a luxurious and peaceful vacation. The beds and linens were very comfortable and the place was beautifully decorated. The amenities were lovely and Lisa was the perfect host! We really appreciated the ‘welcome to the county’ information she provided. The check in process was seamless and the place was spotless. We enjoyed having a leisurely brunch on the patio each day of our stay as we took in the view. The location was perfect - peaceful and quiet, and a short walk to the restaurants and shops downtown Picton. We can’t wait to return in the future!

Great place to stay during wedding events in PEC

We spent 3 days at Lisa's VRBO, during our son's wedding and pre-events. We were 6 adults and 3 young children. The home is exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is comfortable and well-equipped. Lisa is very responsive and replies very quickly to questions. The 2 park passes were enjoyed and much appreciated. Beautiful space and a lovely back yard - we enjoyed both the indoors and the outdoors. When Lisa wasn't available, she provided an alternate phone number and property manager for us to contact.

Spacious and well located

Stayed at this location for a quick 3 day getaway and it was well worth it versus a BnB or hotel. The house has two living areas so the other family we were with had privacy downstairs. The house is as pictured, very clean and was well stocked. The pool table was fun for the evenings! The drive to Main street Picton is 5 mins. We also walked to dinner which is about 15mins. 20 mins drive to Wellington and 5 mins if you want to golf at the Picton course. We didn’t go to Sandbanks but the house also comes with use of park passes. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Home!!!

5 sisters and cousins stayed in Lisa’s very clean home. We each said we had the best sleep ever in her very comfortable beds… we all want to know where we can buy these mattresses!!! Lisa granted us early check in and ordered a blender to be delivered to us so we could make our smoothies! She responded quickly to every inquiry! The place has great space for spreading out… we were able to watch the hockey games on the TV and the outdoor patios were also out to good use. We have been going to short term rental properties 2 times a year for 10 years and this ranks as our number 1. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks Lisa for sharing your amazing property with us! Great Girls' Trip!

This was the perfect place to host our girls weekend. Great, large open space, comfortable bed and very clean! We walked into town easily for dinners and an easy drive over to Wellington. We loved our bike wine tour in Wellington too :) Would definitely book again!
