Fall Specials - Amazing Mountain Views - Family and Pet Friendly!

Beautiful log cabin in the prestigious Preserve Resort. If you are looking for a modern mountain luxury cabin with exceptional views at an affordable price, this is it! On the main level you enter into the galley style kitchen which flows directly into the dining area and main living room, which is open to the top level. The main level also has a bedroom with a king-sized bed and private bathroom. The lower level offers a game room, additional living space, and another bedroom with king-sized bed and private bathroom. The upper level offers an open loft with a king bed, private bathroom, working space with desk, and crow's nest with two futon mattresses for the kids to enjoy! Large windows on each level bring in lots of natural light and allow you to take in the majestic mountain landscape.

Clubhouse offers pool, gym, sauna, chapel and covered patio area with a spectacular mountain view. The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

We are happy to host your pets as well. Additional fee of $45 per stay (not per pet) does apply. Unauthorized pet penalty is $250.

Our property is nonsmoking. An additional cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed for any smoking in the cabin.

Hot tub*
Ideally situated on the upper level with the grandest view, we change the water before each arrival. Note that mountain water isn’t always crystal clear and is sometimes tinted green or red by natural minerals which are perfectly safe. Water may not be hot upon arrival depending on timing of change as it takes time to heat up, usually 2-4 degrees per hour.

February family trip

The views were amazing, property was clean, and the beds were comfy. The host was responsive and very accommodating. The cabin is a little tight and the kitchen is small. It was fine for a family of four but any more than that would probably be uncomfortable. The only downside to the property was the location, it's closer to wears valley, and everything was 30-40minutes away.

Great cabin

The cabin was perfect for our trip, very clean and had everything you need! The view was beautiful, the area was quiet and peaceful. We had 9 guests in total and had plenty of space throughout the cabin. The host was very quick to respond and made sure our stay was perfect. Always a plus when they allow dogs as well because who doesn’t want to bring their furry family members along with them.

Amazing views and beautiful cabin!

We stayed a week at Shangri-La with our family and had a wonderful time! The cabin was clean, the views were incredible and the kids really enjoyed playing ping-pong, pool, and many different arcade games. The host was fantastic and so helpful anytime we had questions. High mountain top cabin

Great property not close to the city. Quality family time with plenty of games. Excellent view and great for drone footage. If snow is expected and you have snow tires or tire chains, this is the place for you. I would love to see this place in the fall.

Amazing!

Absolutely immaculate cabin, tastefully decorated and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed to feel just like home. The main level was perfect for my parents in their late 70's to enjoy. Our two teens enjoyed the downstairs with all the games and entertainment. And finally, the massive upstairs loft and its amazingly perfect sunset views took this vacation rental over the top! It is obvious that the owners take pride in this property and their communication was amazing! From the moment we booked the cabin until we checked out, they were available to answer any questions. Thank you for this amazing experience and the memories made on this vacation!

Annual Smoky Mountain Trip

The process was simple. Melissa and her staff communicated frequently throughout our stay. This is the second time we stayed at this cabin and we were pleased to see that there were some upgrades and repairs done since last year. The cabin is quaint and perfect for family vacations and the gorgeous views of the mountains are breathtaking. The only negative things I can say are there were cobwebs on the ceiling fans and on ceilings, the upstairs toilet seat is made of cheap plastic which causes it to slip from side to side. The window blinds appeared cleaner than they were last year but unfortunately they’ve seen better days as they are faded and some are broken. None of these negatives would prevent me from staying there again. The place and location are excellent. I would give them 4.9 stars for sure.

Mountain top beauty ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This cabin is absolutely wonderful for larger families as the three levels offer harmony to exist amongst several people of varying ages. It truly is a mountain top beauty that shows off as soon as you enter. The large windows and cozy porches offer a Mountain View that doesn’t disappoint. The host was extremely quick to respond to inquires we made during our stay as she ensured that we felt welcomed and comfortable. The home was stocked with basics, and the hot tub was clean and ready for use. The beds were comfortable which was amazing because during the day there are unlimited things to do within a short drive in any direction. The resort pool is just up the hill and offers another breathtaking view, especially at sunrise. We saw several bears during our stay as they meandered about the neighborhood hopeful that a forgetful guest left the outdoor garbage bins unlocked. Many fun memories were made at this cabin as it truly is a restful retreat comprised of so much natural beauty and wildlife. We would love to return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

All the Bells and Whistles

Melissa’s cabin was absolutely beautiful. It is in the perfect spot for viewing the smoky mountains and has everything you need to make it a fun and relaxing vacation with your family. My kids loved the game room as well as the hot tub. There is a grill and all the kitchen things you need to make easy meals at home. The cabin is very clean and adorable decor that matches the environment. There are a few restaurants at the bottom of the mountain plus a brewery and 20 minutes from pigeon forge, so plenty to do for everyone. Melissa was a wonderful host. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family is based in South Florida, and we love to travel! We discovered the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee after we had our first child and were looking for somewhere safe to travel during the COVID pandemic. We fell in love with the area and decided to buy a place that we could enjoy with our kids.
