This lovely home is situated less than two miles away from downtown Harbor Springs and less than 6 miles from Nub's Nob and The Highlands of Harbor Springs, making it the perfect location for a fun-filled vacation in Northern Michigan.

The property features a main house and a separate guest suite, which is ideal for larger groups who prefer separate spaces or for those who desire a bit more privacy. The main house boasts an open floor plan that is perfect for gathering and cooking meals, with a spacious kitchen that comes fully equipped with a gas stove, wine fridge, wall oven, and oversized walk-in pantry. The cozy vaulted sitting room, just off the kitchen with exposed trusses, invites you to read a book or enjoy drinks and great conversations while overlooking the cute backyard. The first bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle available to pull out and just across the hall, the full bathroom is complete with a modern tile walk-in shower. The primary suite offers a king-size bed, TV, and a private sliding door to a back deck. The primary bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower and in-floor heat. The third bedroom of the main house offers a second king-size bed. The main house also has a cute front porch with rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee.

The charming guest house can be entered by walking down the sidewalk along the garage to the private deck. Enter through the sliding door to a bedroom/kitchenette area with a queen-size bunk bed, mini-fridge, kitchen sink, TV, and gas fireplace. A full-size bathroom with shower, as well as a mini living and dining area, make it fully capable of servicing guests throughout their trip.

Enjoy the private yard, two separate bonfire pits, multiple deck spaces, and the convenience of being close to town and ski slopes.
