Sanibel Surfside "Sunset" n ° 231 est le condominium de vacances le plus unique et spectaculaire !! Vraiment le seul en son genre, ce magnifique condo de 3 000 pieds carrés offre des vues vraiment incroyables sur le golfe !! Ce condo dispose de 3 chambres / 3. 5 salles de bains et toutes les chambres sont des suites parentales, chacune avec sa propre grande salle de bain privée pour plus d'intimité et de commodité. Le vaste salon et la salle à manger donnent sur le magnifique golfe du Mexique et offrent une vue imprenable depuis le dernier étage. Ils offrent un plan d'étage ouvert juste à côté de l'immense cuisine de plain-pied. Tous les matelas (2K et 2Q) ont été récemment remplacés, un réfrigérateur et un lave-vaisselle tout neufs ont été installés, ainsi que les nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat. Cette unité est également livré avec une cabane privée en bord de mer qui a des toilettes, une douche et une kitchenette, ainsi que le stockage pour toutes les fournitures de plage nécessaires (chaises, parasols, etc.) Sanibel Surfside est situé sur l'une des meilleures plages de bombardements au monde et à proximité de l'un des quais de pêche les plus célèbres de la Floride, au phare de Sanibel.

Les aménagements du condo incluent: 3 chambres / 3. 5 salles de bains - 2 lits King, 2 lits Queen (capacité de 6 personnes maximum), 4 télévisions à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, chaîne stéréo CD, accès Internet Wi-Fi et par câble gratuit, accès à une imprimante / un télécopieur / scanner, piscine chauffée commune laveuse et sécheuse, barbecues au gaz pour barbecue, shuffleboards, courts de tennis et de pickle board, ascenseurs, parking couvert, cabane privée devant le golfe. Spacious with Incredible Views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably one of my favorite rentals we have ever had. The views of the beach were stunning... FROM EVERY ROOM IN THE HOUSE! I am not even sure how that is possible, but the stars aligned with this place. It does not feel like a condo, and the pictures don't do the size justice. The beds were super comfortable, the pool (we used the one next door as the condo's pool is still being redone) was heated and I believe salt water and was amazing. The beds were comfortable, and the home has been decorated beautifully. It is actually TWO units that are seamlessly connected. But would be great for a family that wants some separation between sleeping kids and night owl parents. There was no construction and it was extremely quiet. Access to the beach is RIGHT THERE, and the sand, sun and shells cannot be beat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great. Space is a double condo. On the surface the condo was clean but the floor was dirty. After going barefoot, our feet were black the first night. The cushions on the outdoor furniture in the dining has stains on it. The bathroom in the Master Bedroom was very nice. The manager was a little snippy when we were confused about the digital locks. (Door on first floor with digital lock is owners' closet, door to condo on third floor) But, it was resolved. It is a large space, especially for only 6 guests. Loved the island with all its amenities.

Great Trip with Wonderful Accommodations

Our family loved the location and the beautiful roomy condo. It was perfect for our two teenagers and our toddler. The bathrooms and bedrooms are newly remodeled. The floor could have used some throw rugs but with the sand it is understandable why they don’t have them. Unfortunately because of that we had to clean them a couple times and buy floor cleaner so our feet weren’t so dirty from it. (The vaccum and broom didn’t pick up enough). Everything else was great, from the view to the large variety of beach toys and equipment to the convenient cabana by the beach. We also can’t say enough about the great customer service. They were quick to email back or answer the phone if we had any questions. Thank you for a very enjoyable vacation!

Slice of paradise

We had a little hiccup after picking up the keys, we did not know how to get into the property and couldn't get a hold of anybody on the emergency number, plus we did not have the keys to the cabana. Once someone got back to us, Charles, everything got straightened out. The condo is very big with views to die for!! It could sure use updating, paint would go a long way, more comfortable furniture too, but the bathrooms were beautiful! New Beach chairs would be nice, most of them are rusted, ripped and falling apart. The pool is not Maintained, sand all over the bottom, nobody there to vacuum it out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and again cannot say enough about the views.

We do need to say that the TV in the Living area was hard to work; it seems older than those in the bedrooms. The update bathrooms and bedroom are wonderful.Were surprised to note that there were very few wine glasses.(4) We had to buy more of our own, which we took home with us. The conditions of the walls in the living area is not great; average at best. Also, you need more teaspoons! Other that those few things, the place was very well furnished and the spaciousness was relaxing! Kitchen could use a makeover!

Surprise!

We've visited Surfside many times before, even staying in 231 about 5 years ago. We were happy to see the wonderful improvements to the unit. We were not aware they had been done. To be honest, I thought I had booked a condo in the front building, but with the updates we couldn't have been happier. We rebooked for next year. Glad I made that mistake!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a spacious condo with a beautiful view. The bedrooms, bathroom and laundry have been updated and are very nice. The mattress comfort is just ok. The living area and kitchen are in need of updating, but assume they will be done as nicely as the bedrooms/bathrooms at some point. The furniture in the living area is quite uncomfortable (wicker outdoor type)so it would be nice to have better furniture and a bigger,better TV in such a large space. But overall, it's a nice place, in a good location and has several amenities--pool, tennis,a beach cabana, beach chairs, etc, and good restaurants and shops nearby.

Our favorite place in Sanibel

This is our second time staying here—and it certainly won’t be our last. It’s a perfect condo for more than one couple—the layout is such that it makes socializing easy but also provides privacy. The location on the island is perfect—easy bike ride to anywhere. The pool is great! And we loved the recent upgrades to the unit’s cabana and all 4 condo bathrooms. Thanks for another memorable stay!

Just the retreat that we were hoping for

We had a wonderful time in this super comfortable, super quiet, and very clean condo and condo community. We especially appreciated the newly renovated bathrooms. The views from the living area, master bedroom and second bedroom, exceptional. We were fortunate from many days of our stay to have the a/c off and the sliders open. We hope to return again next year, maybe for a longer stay (14 days were great, but, would like to really relax...). thanks, George and Mary Anne

Annual Family vacation

The cabana was nice for keeping beach equipment closer to the beach, and the beach closet located in the garage was full of stuff for the beach, including a cart to haul it. We would definitely rent this place again!

What an amazing place!

This condo was simply amazing! All of the other condos here are two bedroom, two bath. This unit was two units combined into one with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. It is huge! This was such a plus for our family of six as we were able to spread out and all have our own space. The views from the living room and lanai were fantastic, and the property is very well kept as well. The location is central to everything, too. We feel so lucky that we were able to book this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo with amazing views

Very spacious well stocked condo. Excellent location. Beautiful views and a short walk to the beach. Condo has everything you need if you want to cook in. Lots of beach chairs and floats available in the beach closet. Lovely cabana with a bathroom a short walk from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo.
