This two-story home away from home is part of the Windsor Palms Resort, the most desirable community only a short driving distance from must-visit attractions (Epcot, Disney World, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Avatar Flight Of Passage, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Universal Studios, and more) and resort-style amenities, including tennis, volleyball, basketball courts, game room, movie theatre, a BBQ area with charcoal grills and picnic tables, a community pool with 24-hour guard at the gate, hot tub, and playground.

This snowbird-friendly townhouse has an enclosed, screened backyard with a sparkling private pool (resurfaced in 2022) and an outdoor dining area, offering a great spot to sit and relax after a long day in the theme parks. The main floor has an open-concept living/kitchen/dining area that was recently updated with new furniture (2021) and new painting (2022). Prepare delicious homemade meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a new dishwasher. The welcoming living area invites you to spread out comfortably and stream fun movies and shows on the large smart TV.

Sleeping arrangements include a Minnie Daisy-themed bedroom on the first floor with a smart TV and two additional bedrooms on the upper level. The primary suite is a Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom with a smart TV, pool views, and an en suite bathroom. The other is a Marvel-themed bedroom with a smart TV and an en suite bath.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
