Enjoy amazing views from the private deck and balcony while you enjoy a refreshing beverage just steps to St. George Island's award winning sugar white sand beaches. Whether splashing in the surf and searching for shells on the miles and miles of unspoiled sugar white sand beaches, exploring the Island by bicycle or paddleboard or just relaxing by the sparkling pool with a good book and a refreshing beverage, this charming vacation home delivers the best of the Forgotten Coast.
Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, H-2 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, fishing pier, St. George State Park, the Lighthouse Museum and playground. The vibrant shopping, arts and culinary scene of Apalachicola are just 25 minutes by car.
EXTERIOR AMENITIES
The exterior of this home offers one under-house concrete parking space. 300 Ocean Mile is a 99-unit beachfront community located on the East End near the entrance to St. George Island State Park. Guests can enjoy 2 large community swimming pools with sun decks, lounge chairs and umbrellas. Multiple boardwalks provide easy access to the beach!
INTERIOR TOUR
This comfortable beach vacation home's interiors feature hues of blue, grey and cream, providing a beachy and relaxing vibe and offering guest privacy with bedrooms and sleeping areas on separate floors. Up the stairs to the first floor, the open flow living/dining/kitchen and shared half bathroom provide a comfortable place to gather with family and friends. Prepare cocktails while guests relax at the counter that divides the living room from the well stocked kitchen and at the rectangular table for 6, this home provides the perfect backdrop to make beach vacation memories that will last a lifetime.
The spacious bedrooms provide a haven after a day of sea and sun. Up a short flight of stairs is the airy guest bedroom with a small deck and a shared full bathroom just outside in the hall. Up another short flight, you'll find a lovely master bedroom with vaulted ceilings, a private bathroom and a balcony with amazing panoramic views of the sand and sea. You will have plenty of room for all with an additional twin bunk room on the top level.

Three Hundred Ocean Mile has limited parking spaces available per townhome: 2 small sedans/cars (no oversized vehicles) or 1 full sized SUV/truck with no additional parking onsite. Additional parking along Gulf Beach Drive is now prohibited.
