Hurricane Debby Wedding

It was absolutely great for us! Part of our family stayed there for our son’s wedding on Aug 9th. The weather was terrible until the day AFTER the wedding but the house was perfect. Groomsmen spent a few hours there in the game room before the wedding and we had a nice get together on the patio our last night. Clean, spacious, great neighborhood, close to grocery store and the yard was great for our dog! Thanks!!

Excellent property and location!

This house was chosen due to the location being close to a family reunion that we were attending. The host was so friendly and helpful with our check-in needs! Once inside, let me tell you, it was IMMACULATELY clean! We've stayed quite a few places on various trips, and this home was far and wide the cleanest and most equipped we've ever stayed in. Great little touches like the game room, snack basket, and fully stocked with all you could ever need! If ever in the Wilmington, NC area, do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Absolute Delight

This was such an excellent spot that we found! Wendy was an excellent host, very communicative and flexible. Space was clean, cool and convenient to the beach and places to eat after a long day.

Wish I could give more stars!

This house was amazing!!! It was even bigger and nicer than it looked in the pictures. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything we could need, including oil and some spices and condiments, as well as all the kitchen tools we could need! The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The best part is the gorgeous backyard that feels incredibly private and has beautiful marsh views with comfortable patio furniture and a nice gas grill. Check in and out was extremely simple and the host communicated well and let us know about a nearby Publix, as well as accommodated an early check in. We had a wonderful weekend and would love to come back!

Amazing!!!

I can’t say enough about our stay. Everyone enjoyed the home as well as its location. We barbecued , and cooked in the oven, we played lawn games, and used the game room, went to the beach as well as the battleship, and we enjoyed downtown as well. All wished we could stay longer. It was so beautiful and picturesque. Personally I want to move there. A+ rating and stay!

Lovely property in nice location

We stayed here for a weekend while visiting family. We loved the house! Clean and comfortable, well laid out, and the property is fantastic! Back yard feels very private, even though you are in a neighborhood, and the creek and woods in back is very peaceful. We would stay here again!

Beautiful house/great host

We loved our stay here! Went with a group of friends for a 28th birthday with my dog- not only was there a gorgeous, huge backyard for him to play in, but they had water/food bowls for him as well. We came super prepared with things to do at the house as a group and we definitely didn’t need any of it! They had so many fun games and activities in the garage along with the pool table and foosball table. The host has put together an awesome book for people new to Wilmington full of great places to go and things to do. If I had to complain about one thing it would just be that we were about 20 minutes to the beach and we thought we were a little closer.. the creek/marsh in the backyard made up for it! Definitely a safe neighborhood and big enough house for groups/families. Lovey home and appreciated the host being so welcoming, would 100% stay again.

Peaceful and Serene

The back yard was huge and very plush. The grandkids and dogs enjoyed running and playing. Back porch was relaxing for the adults with comfortable furnishings. The game room was an added bonus for any age! Location was perfect grocery and food very close even starbucks! There were extras for the grandkids from a highchair to coloring books to kids size plates and spoons. Will definetly book again. Just a small mention that upgrade bath towels are needed.

Perfect for our Wilmington golf trip...

We were in town for a golf tournament at Porters Neck CC, and our rental was perfect for us. The location was near the golf course, grocery stores and restaurants. We really enjoyed the back patio the day after our tournament - we grilled out and enjoyed the wonderful view from the backyard. We all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wendy was very easy to deal with, and we really appreciated the efforts she made to make the rental welcoming. Recommended.
