Set among the pines in one of Sunriver’s most inviting areas, Aspen Lane 17 is a classic lodge-style retreat designed for family vacations, multigenerational stays, and time well spent together. With the Nature Center, Observatory, Fort Rock Park, and the Deschutes River all close by, this spacious home offers an easy balance of adventure, comfort, and connection.

The main living area has the warmth and character of a traditional Central Oregon getaway, with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and an open layout that keeps everyone connected. The fully stocked kitchen flows naturally into the dining and living spaces, making it easy to prepare meals, gather around the table, and settle in for a relaxed evening after a day outdoors.

The sleeping arrangements are well suited for larger groups. On the main level, Bedroom One has a king bed and an ensuite Jack-and-Jill bathroom that can also be accessed for guest use. Upstairs, Bedroom Two is a king suite with a sleeper sofa, Bedroom Three has a queen bed, and Bedroom Four has a queen bed plus a pyramid bunk. A comfortable loft adds another place to read, relax, or enjoy a little quiet time. All bedrooms include Smart TVs.

Outside, the private hot tub and deck offer a peaceful place to unwind beneath the pines, while the gas BBQ makes casual outdoor meals easy. When the group is ready for a little friendly competition, the garage is equipped with a pool table, ping pong, two arcade games, and cornhole.

Six adult cruiser-style bikes make it simple to explore Sunriver’s miles of paved pathways, whether you are heading toward Fort Rock Park, The Village, the river, or simply enjoying an afternoon ride through the trees. Ten SHARC passes for 2026 add even more options for summer fun.
