Exclusive location, comfort, and fun adventure are all at your fingertips. Our relaxing home and its amenities will provide a perfect getaway with lasting memories for couples, family or friends.
LOCATION AND EXCLUSIVITY:
* Palm Villas unit D22 is within a privately gated, small group of 44 condominium homes - perfectly and centrally located in the heart of the exclusive Mauna Lani Resort. The Palm Villas are tucked away between the 18th Fairway of the North Golf Course, the Historical Preservation Area, and the Mauna Lani Spa and Fitness Center. We have our own private waterfall pool, hot tub and fitness center, seconds from your doorstep, set among luscious tropical landscaping. And, you will have access to the pampering Mauna Lani Spa (across the driveway) with its fitness center, paddle ball & tennis courts, lap pool, steam and sauna rooms and, of course, massages.
* You are within half a mile drive to the west or a short 12 minute, leisurely walk through the fascinating royal fish lagoons and lava tubes in the Historic Preserve leading to the FANTASTIC private beaches and your Mauna Lani Beach Club. There you can enjoy lunch, snacks and drinks while lying in the provided, chaise lounge beach chairs. Or just enjoy the fabulous snorkeling, white sand beach, and calm waves. And you can enjoy watching the whales in season, or the large sea turtles coming ashore to bask in the same sun you are enjoying.
* A short distance from the Beach Club, you could reach two world class resort hotels anchored by the Auberge Resort & the Fairmont Orchid, offering 14 separate restaurants, 3 pristine private beaches, miles of walking and jogging paths, 2 world renowned golf courses, sunset cruises, fishing, whale watching, scuba, and just about the best snorkeling in all of Hawaii.
* Or a short walk from the condo in a different direction would take you to the brand new shopping complex containing the Tommy Bahamas store and restaurant, Ruth Chris Steak House, Farmland Grocery store, Mauna Lani Coffee Company, and a wide variety of other boutiques, galleries, ice-cream shop. And this island is the home of Kona coffee!
* You could also take a scenic drive to a few quaint Waimea towns for farm-to-table restaurants, local farmers market, shopping, beach, hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park, W. M. Keck Observatory, and much more!

* Located on the second floor and accessible via a light flight of stairs. Well-appointed, spacious and tranquil 3 bedrooms & 2 baths accommodates 6 people with high speed Wi-Fi, 2 flat screen TVâs, high ceiling open-concept living room, master bath soaking tub
* Fully stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry.
* A high chair and Pack âN Play is available for small children
* Breakfast coffee or evening wine at our covered Lanai with outdoor dining table, Stainless BBQ Gas Grill and bar sink. The Lanai boasts sunset view facing the historic preservation trails, the royal fish ponds and the ocean.
* King bed in master bedroom, Queen bed in bedroom 2 and 2 twin beds in bedroom 3 with premium linens and towels.
* Central AC and ceiling fan in each room (and we have a great breeze through the Lanai).
* Detached garage on the ground level for a compact SUV or sedan (16.8 feet depth X 7.8 feet wide, 7 feet height), for reference, a Ford Explorer is about the largest size that fits. With beach gear storage. If you plan to have two cars, please let us know in advance so we can provide the unit parking placard for the second vehicle, or if the car doesn't fit. Please note: a maximum of two vehicles is allowed per rental unit.

* Large wheeled wagon & cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
NO DOGS OR PETS (no exceptions), including service and assistance animals, are allowed on the property at any time, since this would create a health and safety hazard for the owners who have severe allergies.

While we take great care to maintain all onsite amenities to a high standard, peripheral amenitiesâincluding pool heating, hot tub, sauna, fire pit, and BBQâmay occasionally experience maintenance or operational issues, sometimes due to prior guest use. Should an issue arise, we will communicate transparently and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, due to short turnaround windows between stays, repairs may not always be completed prior to your arrival.
