Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom home in Goodyear, AZ, just a few minutes walk from Goodyear Ballpark, the Spring Training home of the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds!

Relax in the sparkling pool and enjoy the ultimate Arizona experience. With 3 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area, our home can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms both with all new fixtures. Master bed is a king other two beds are queen, all with USB power in the headboard to keep your devices charged.

The recreation room has a standing bar perfect for entertaining guests and a comfortable sitting area.

The great room living space with comes complete with powered recliners, a 70" big screen TV with surround sound and smart features for all your streaming needs.

There is a dedicated work space with fast internet, chromebox computer for guest use complete with 27" monitor and webcam. Printer available at no extra charge for printing.

Guests have full access to the entire property including garage.

There is an owner's closet in the hall and a locked cabinet and outdoor fridge for owners use as well. Otherwise all areas are for guest use including large walk-in closet in master bedroom.

We manage remotely but we're available whenever you need us for questions. We've also got people on standby nearby if you have any issues.

You'll be provided a check-in code for the front door 24 hours in advance of your stay.

A garage door opener is not provided but a smart phone app is available for guest access to the garage door opener upon request.

Wifi connection details are as simple as tapping or scanning the code provided on the welcome sign adjacent the kitchen.

Want to turn on the waterfall in the backyard? Just ask alexa in the living room and she'll take care of it. By the way, alexa does not record your voice. She listens only for her name and responds to your requests. Nothing is recorded.

There is a video doorbell camera at the front door that is motion activated and records when movement is detected or the doorbell rings. We don't monitor those recordings unless there is a safety issue to address.

There is also a motion activated camera with lights in the back yard facing the park fence. No guest areas are in view.

Last, there is a camera in the garage to ensure doors are closed when expected, trash gets taken out by our concierge trash service (nothing for you to do), and to ensure the safety of guests and property.

Pool heat can be requested for only $25 per day.
- In case you wondered, this is our HOME not just a hotel, we hope you’ll treat it with the same respect you would your own.
- NO PARTIES! - Max occupancy 12 persons at all times. Noise complaints will result in a $500 charge.
- NO SMOKING anywhere on the property. This includes backyard, frontyard, side yards, and driveway. Violations will result in fines.
- Be respectful of our neighbors; quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
- Please use one of our branded coasters under your drink to protect the furniture. You’re welcome to take one with you!
- Please no wet bathing suits on any indoor furniture
- Pets are not allowed. Service animals must be disclosed in advance
- No more than 6 overnight guests ($100/night will be charged for each additional guest)
