LakeFront 7 bedroom Cottage. Private Cove, no Steps to Water, golf cart!
This newly built, gorgeous Cottage sits Lake Front on the iconic Norris Lake, TN. Tucked back in a private cove with over 300' of shoreline. Golf Cart path takes you down to the covered dock for fun in the sun! Golf Cart included in rental. Enjoy the kayak, paddle board, or just relax on the upper deck. Sleeps 24 with 7 bedrooms: first floor Owner's Suite and Mother-In-Law Suite. Second floor: 3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 2 Kings. Walk-out basement has two bedrooms: First bedroom boasts a King, second large bedroom with 4 sets of bunk beds, 2 full over full size and 2 twin over twin size. Basement rooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower and large vanity. All bedrooms have a TV except bunk room. We designed the cottage to accommodate 4-6 families very comfortably!
The gourmet kitchen boasts 2 refrigerators, microwave with convection option and large dining table that can seat 14-16. The large pantry and cabinet space provides ample storage for all your needs.
Cottage is a short boat ride to Jimmy's Place and Bubba Brew's. East end of the lake is less traveled and more secluded. Woodlake Golf Club and Steakhouse is a 15-20 minute car ride. New Tazewell is a 20 minute car ride and has multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and a post office.
-There is a telephone land-line, High Speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs with Roku.
-Commercial Ice Machine in garage makes 65# of ice per day.
--We recommend launching prior to going to the property as it is a curvy road to get there. Norris Landing Marina or Beach Island marina have launches or you can use the free launch called Judge Willard J. Brogan's TVA Boat Ramp. The address is 5697 TN-33, New Tazewell, TN 37825, USA. The marinas say Owners Only, but if you pay the launch fee you can use them. There is an area along the driveway at The Cottage to store your trailer, or you can contact the marinas about keeping trailer there.
-Check in is at 4 & Check out is at 10 & you must be 25 to rent
-Please note that Google Maps finds the property, other GPS do not. I will send directions prior to stay.
-House includes All Linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc.
-A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, & trash bags (indoor & outdoor)
-Recommended items to bring: Extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels for lake, & all personal soaps, shampoo, & conditioners.
-Speed Limit on Evergreen Way is 15mph
-10 Car limit. 2-3 boat trailer parking available.
-No smoking or parties allowed anywhere on the property.
-We provide one propane tank per stay.
-Check in and out times are firm unless approved in advance.
-Nearest grocery store is Food City & Ingles approx 15-20 minutes away.
-No pets are allowed at our property
If there are any signs of an unruly gathering, an unauthorized party or unauthorized guests at the property, a $2,500 fee will be charged to the credit card on file and may result in the immediate termination of this Agreement, and the Guests' immediate removal.
We expect a reasonable attempt to leave the property as nice as it was when you arrived. There will be a $250 or more additional cleaning fee if it is obvious that little or no effort was put in to clean up on the part of the guests.
Lake: This part of the lake has year round water. Just please be advised that lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring & can fluctuate in off season months.
The Cottage is equipped with a Monitored Security System.

We have loved vacationing at Norris Lake since 2009. We started dreaming about owning our own piece of land since our first trip. We are very family oriented and were drawn to the private coves, wonderful restaurants and marinas, privately owned homes, the laid-back lifestyle, and the clear water.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This property offered a large wooded lot perfect for The Cottage we envisioned. It is sloped, but not too steep, and no steps to the lake. The boat traffic on the East end of the lake is much less than on the West end. Our dock has access to water year round.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Our neighborhood offers seclusion, but also well maintained roads. We designed The Cottage to accommodate 4-6 families with all the comforts of home. Our property is in a private cove with over 300' of shoreline and a covered dock. We are close to one of the best golf courses and steakhouses on the lake, Woodlake Golf Club. If you go, call ahead for reservations!
