Dans le charmant quartier de Tahoe Keys, cette maison de vacances profite d'une belle situation, Ă 1,2 km de Lake Tahoe Balloons et Ă moins de 5 km de Magic Carpet Golf et Barton Memorial Hospital. Tahoe Mountain Wedding Chapel est Ă 3,6 km de distance.
The house was well appointed and well supplied. Everyone was very comfortable in the various bedrooms. The boat dock was in good order and very convenient. The Internet was not functioning but we were mostly out of doors. We highly recommend this property.
Third time we have stayed at this home. Love it, but there are some things that should be tended to. The barbque grill has seen better days and has been that way for years. The bedding (sheets) should be replaced with fitted sheets, new comforters, etc. The kitchen wasn't as full with supplies as in the past. This property is on the water and yet kayaks are not avsilsblr for the guests. Most other properties include this as an amenitity to the property. The jacuzzi was off limits due to the water shortage and felt a refund should be forthcoming; not a $45 cleaning fee. Overall, the house was not as clean as it has been in the past. New tiles have been installed on the patio and steps to the dock. Many were loose or had become unglued; a real safety issue.
Excellent Stay! Great Property!! A Few Comments for Homeowners!!
Great property! Loved the heated floors! Everything is new and and kept very clean. We would absolutely stay again--great views, cute decor, comfy beds!! Very nice cookware, pyrex dishes of all sizes, great cups, saucers, plates, mugs, glasses. FANTASTIC kitchen; great room; fireplace; view of the Keys area.
We do have a few comments for improvement:
- No direct communication with the owners--the property managers are not as pleasant to deal with (I have dealt with both when renting from Tahoe Keys)
- There are no beach towels, zip loc bags, foil, saran wrap, paper towels chip clips, etc--these items would be extremely helpful.
- There are limited amounts of toilet tissue--we ran out; towels--we had to ask for more, dish towels--got dirty within day 2 of a 5-day stay; laundry detergent etc.
- a few things not quite working right--upstairs blinds in spare bedroom; crack in master bath toilet seat for example--would be nice to have an ongoing tally list guests could add notes to in an effort to help the property owners
My thought is: Would be great to provide these and enough for the entire stay but a minimum supply at least--but if not, it should be clearly communicated. I did call the property mgt team and ask if they cabin was stocked and was told that it was. A list should be sent out prior to ensure proper packing.
Knowing this--would still stay again.
