We loved our stay! The location was great. Everyone was comfortable in the space. We were able to spread out when needed but still had the family connection. The beds were so comfortable and the water pressure was great. I look forward to staying again in the future .

If you’re going to a Cowboys or Rangers game, this is the place for you. The apartment has been renovated but surrounding areas are older. Note: there is not an ice maker.

My family and I came down for a long weekend to watch the Orioles play the Rangers in a series. The place was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Communication with the host was a breeze he was very friendly and easy to work with. It was super convenient to Globe Life Stadium about a 10 minute walk which made it even better. If you're in town for a Cowboys game it would also be a 10 minute walk. Would definitely book this place again.

This unit was exactly what we needed! You can't beat the location if you're attending Rangers or Cowboys games. Communication with the host was excellent before and during our stay, everything was exactly as described in the listing, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was spot on! It is located in the heart of Arlington, next door to the cowboys stadium and 5 mins from six flags. I couldn’t ask for anything more convenient. The host answered every single question promptly. They leave no stones unturned. The place was clean and updated with modern furniture. I will stay here again. Even the price was great for such a great location.

The location is good but the apartments are run down. The inside looks better than the outside but it needs love. There is a mildew smell, the carpets need to be cleaned and there is a black substance outside of and around the vents that is concerning. The host is very annoying, he kept sending reminders of the rules even though he sent a long paragraph detailing everything and none of the rules were violated. I would not stay here again. I felt very uncomfortable while there, there were stains on the towels, the windows are old and dirty it doesn’t appear in person the way it presents online.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the stay didn’t meet your expectations, as we take a great deal of pride in providing a clean, comfortable and welcoming place for our guests. Our messages are intended to be helpful rather than intrusive. We provide parking reminders because the property strictly enforces permits and our last concern is having a guest’s vehicle towed. The no-smoking note is also a standard reminder sent to all guests, not an indication that we believed any rule had been violated. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned between every stay, including our linens and the areas around the A/C vents. During the Texas summer, the system runs almost continuously and condensation can cause discoloration around vents; however, we take any concern like this seriously and will have it inspected again. We certainly wish we had heard from you during your stay so we could have addressed any concerns immediately. The community exterior is also due for its next refresh, including painting, which is coming soon. We remain very proud of this location—particularly its incredible access to AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field and Arlington’s Entertainment District—and of the many guests we’ve been fortunate to host safely and comfortably. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your perspective.

This apartment like condo is a great place to stay. It had all amenities needed, very clean, and easily accessible. The walk to the stadium was perfect distance, even for little kids!
