We had 2 familyâs staying there and it was nice till we noticed trash under the chairs on the patio and under one of the beds. Overall it was a good place just the cleanliness could have been better!
Just a few electrical problems. I believe the last tenants did not report maintenance problems. Freezer froze up at ice maker, garbage disposal button missing. Closet door mirror cracked and drain in back bath/shower slow. Overall, maintenance responded two times, fixed , ordered and worked on the problems.đ
Bad-
Toilets are very small (outdated) couch and chairs have no support, mattress is way past its life cycle, flat ware worn or broke, deck furniture rusted badly, tile in unit and building is very slippery. Just because it was built that way doesnât mean that itâs the correct application. Fans running constantly in common areas. I have units and I get it, end of the season, but at least invest back a little.

Night guard, 3 elevators, very nice tvâs throughout, well lit, Corning plates excellent, good shower heads, close to main drag.
This was our second time staying at the San Carlos this year and like the first, this trip was AMAZING! The property was exactly as described. Clean, awesome view, and had all the amenities you would need. Thank you very much, and look forward to working with you again!
We loved the location of the condo. The condo was in need of updates. We had plenty of pillows but not enough pillow cases. The ice maker on the refrigerator didn't have a flap closer which caused condensation buildup on the inside of freezer. Will a little TLC this condo would be great.
