Tucked off the street and accessible by a paved pathway, Nomad is the most private home in Atomic Ridge. Perfect for groups or couples with 4 beds and 2 baths. Gather in the lounge with wet bar or take in the views at the 3rd floor terrace. Experience Nomad.

The home comes with two assigned parking spots that are labeled with the corresponding address. There are no additional spots available besides very limited street parking (along cul-de-sac and outside the gate of Atomic Ridge) which is first come first serve. We strongly suggest only bringing two cars.

An easy 7 minute drive will bring you to Chattanooga`s hip Southside scene while 15 minutes away is historic Lookout Mountain where you can enjoy Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the Incline. Hiking, biking, kayaking, and many more outdoor activities are within a 15 minute drive. Don`t forget to check out the historic site of the Battle of Missionary Ridge just a short walk from Atomic Ridge.

Our home has one dedicated parking space and one guest space in the community. Any additional vehicles may park along the street if space is available. Parking is closely monitored by residents so please be courteous and only use your 2 available spots.

While enjoying your stay in this Airbnb, we recommend taking a few simple precautions to ensure a comfortable experience and to minimize the appearance of ants. Keep food sealed in airtight containers, clean up crumbs and spills immediately, and dispose of trash properly. Avoid leaving food in sleeping areas. Your cooperation helps maintain a pleasant environment for everyone!

- If dishes are not started before checking out, there will be a charge of $25.00.

- If trash is not taken out before checking out, there will be a charge of $25.00.

- No more than 7 guests are allowed. Undisclosed additional guests will result in a penalty of $200/guest.

- We will not accept any last minute alterations made to the reservation within 7 days of booking.

- Gas fire pit upstairs:
Please make sure if you use the upstairs fire pit, that you turn the propane tank off immediately after use. There will be a $75 fee if left on.

-Please keep 1st floor and 2nd floor on the same mode setting (HEAT or COOL). If they are on separate settings, the system could freeze. Feel free to change temperature. 3rd floor is its own setting.

-No events are allowed.

- No pets are allowed.

- If any policy (including events or pets) is violated there will automatically be a $150
charge and be reported to Airbnb for possible termination of reservation.

- Left Behind Items: Guest is responsible for all shipping costs, plus a $50 convenience fee, for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 7 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.

- Please note that this unit can not receive mail and there is no key for the mailbox on site.
