Welcome to âLimelightâ - your 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom beachside retreat in Inlet Beach
LOCATION:
This brand-new home is located in the beautiful Grande Pointe neighborhood, offering an exquisite experience for large groups seeking the pristine sands and crystal-clear waters of the Emerald Coast. Situated less than a mile from the closest public beach access point, and bordering Camp Helen State Park to the East, this home provides a serene coastal escape. Additionally, the neighborhood features a large pool and a community dock for convenient access to Lake Powell, perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, and other water activities. The newly-constructed underpass at the corner of the 30A and Highway 98 has now officially opened, allowing easy bike/pedestrian access to the beach.
You'll enjoy both the tranquility of the surroundings and the convenience of nearby amenities. The upscale shopping and dining at 30Avenue are within close proximity, while familiar grocery stores and entertainment options at Pier Park are just a short drive away. A generously-sized hallway bathroom also sits across the landing from the bunk room with a shower and double vanity. The landing also features a nook with a drinks fridge as well as access to the front-facing loggia.
The second floor back deck looks out over the pool below, and comes complete with premium outdoor seating and large flat-screen TV.

The home comes with four adult bikes, beach gear, towels (including beach towels), fresh linens, cutlery, cooking utensils, and a private driveway and garage that together can accommodate up to five cars.
