Maple View House vient de subir une rénovation et un ajout importants. Il y a une nouvelle cuisine en granit avec une île, et un grand repas pour tout le monde. Notre maison offre 5. 5 salles de bains, 9 chambres, 4 salons, 3 cheminées, 4 télévisions à écran plat et une immense salle de jeux avec table de billard, ping-pong, air hockey, baby-foot, fléchettes et une table de poker. espace sauna et bar. Wifi gratuit

Nous offrons des billets à prix réduit pour diverses activités dans la région. Mois d'hiver: billets de ski et de métro pour le mont Cranmore, les montagnes Black, Attitash et Wildcat. Mois d'été: tyroliennes, promenades en gondole, parcs extérieurs Attitash et Cranmore, y compris glissades d'eau, montagnes, montagnes et autres. Nous offrons également des réductions au centre de remise en forme familial Cranmore.

VEUILLEZ NOTER: Pendant les mois d’été, nous louons nos semaines du dimanche au dimanche, plutôt que le traditionnel samedi au samedi. Comme la région de North Conway est très populaire à cette époque de l'année, les équipes de nettoyage ont tendance à faire un travail bien meilleur le dimanche. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood with noise restrictions. If you anticipate late nights or loud guests our home is not a good fit for your group.

Fun, Convenient, and Cozy

This is a great property if you have a lot of guests! We had 16 total with mostly couples and everyone got their own room. Owner’s are fantastic. Very helpful and easy to communicate. Loved staying here and would again. 10/10 recommend!

Annual ski weekend crew

This is our second year staying at this house and again was a lovely stay. Communication is always clear and open and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having multiple spaces for adults and kids and proximity to local ski mountains. Kitchen is well equipped and large to accommodate gathering around the island and open to one of the living areas. The main floor bedroom can get a bit warm, but we were able to regulate it with being able to close certain vents when needed. Overall experience is five stars. Thank you for accommodating us and our toddlers/ babies!

Annual ski trip

Our group of friends/family stayed here for MLK weekend. The house was perfect — great size and big enough where everyone felt they had their own space, and the open concept kitchen/living room was a great fit for our group! Katie and Tony were communicative, quick to reply and such wonderful hosts! We will absolutely be back!

Friends getaway weekend

This house has everything you need and more, plenty of space for everybody, more than enough to do, we never wanted to leave the house, except to go to the supermarket for more food, highly recommend this house. Owners is super friendly and accommodating.

Great house to stay at with a large group. Lots of room to do everything and still room for alone time. The host is superb at follow up and keeping you informed. Over all just a great location to get anywhere in North Conway.

Huge house with plenty of entertainment on Rainy days

TLDR: It is a great house especially for large groups. Location Easy access for all our actives. Trips to the Saco, Story land and all of what Zeb's and White Mountain Highway had to offer. Kitchen/Great room: If its not clear in the pictures this is a huge space! Easily entertained our large group dinners and lounging around. It's the most useable kitchen. Cabinets are labeled so you can find things in the kitchen. It has everything you'd need to cook. You DO NOT need to bring any kitchen ware with you. If you're really unsure contact Katie she'll let you know. Basement Tons of games, greatly overlooked how useful this space would be for late nights and on rainy days. Beds/Bathrooms There are so many beds and bathrooms in this house. With 13 adults and 3 kids with rooms of single occupants and we still had a bedroom left unused. I bet the plumbing in this house is wild! Backyard The deck is another large space to hang. Large grill in good working order. Made use good use of the large double picnic tables. Plenty of lawn chairs for the fire pit. Free firewood was a nice perk too. Other spaces in the house There are a few in between spaces, the chess table room and entry room are great if you need to break away from the larger group or find a place to read. Clearly a lot of hard work and thinking went into this place as a holiday rental! Thanks for the stay!

Outstanding Place For Family Gatherings

This house was absolutely perfect for large family vacations. Nine bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a huge great room open to the kitchen; and the game room was the icing on the cake. The yard was large enough for our family of 15 to set up a volleyball/bad mitten net, a croquet set, and an area for lawn darts. And the boys were able to also play catch with the baseball and not interfere with the other activities. The fire pit was great with plenty of fire wood made available. The entire house was super clean upon our arrival; so much so we wanted to leave it just as clean. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and feeding really large groups. Hostess Katie, was unbelievable in communicating with us and making sure we had everything we needed. Every text was answered immediately and she called if additional information was needed. Lastly, the location of the house was perfect for wither going into town to eat or shop or to go to any of the outdoor activities. Strongly recommend this rental for any large gatherings of family or friends, especially if you have any teens or preteens in the group.

Long weekend getaway

I researched places to stay for a couple of weeks. I needed accommodations for 14 adults. This property looked perfect in the photos. I messaged Katie with questions and she responded quickly each time. The house was perfect. The large kitchen and sitting area was perfect for our large group. The beds were so comfortable. Our group of 14 loved it. We even took group photos of the house when we left. We can’t wait to come back next year.

Annual ski weekend

The property was great for our group of friends/ family with young kids/toddlers. Hosts were great communicators and very gracious/ helpful with any questions! It was unseasonably warm so we didn't get to utilize the fireplaces, but they were beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and it made our 10th annual ski ( and board game) weekend a lovely time.

Great house, loved our long weekend vacation

We had a group of 11 for a long weekend winter vacation. The house couldn't have been better. Very clean and well stocked. The game room was lots of fun too. Katie and Tony were great hosts. I highly recommmend this house for a large group. Its highly likely we will stay here again.

Best property at NH

I have been visiting the NH area for vacation for the past 20 years, and I must say that this rental experience was the best I've ever had. Everything about it, from the location and size to the layout and functionality, was exceptional. We have 15 people, everyone can find a comfortable room and we are never short of bathrooms(a very common issue for big groups, :) ). Our Christmas celebration was truly memorable in this wonderful vacation house. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. A heartfelt thank you to Katie for making it so incredibly special! I'm eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to visit again in the future!

Guys Weekend in NH

Property location very convenient to North Conway. House was plenty of room for the 8 of us, each of us having our own bedroom (which is hard to find). House was stocked with everything we needed, and the host was amazing to work with (very responsive). Great stay, would do it again. Btw, back of house with amazing deck, firepit and spacious backyard was great, although because of rain we did not get to use it much.

Great place for large gathering

We had a large family reunion with ten adults and ten children ranging in age from five to eighteen. The home was large enough to easily accommodate all. The game room in the basement was appreciated by all, but especially the kids. The host was fantastic and did all that she could to make our stay a vacation that we will always remember. Exceeded our expectations!!

If we could give a higher rating than 5 stars we would! We had the most amazing vacation at Katie & Tony's house for a week. There were 15 adults, four four year olds and two infants. Everybody had a wonderful time. The house is spacious enough that people could spread out if they wanted to but the kitchen, dining area, bonus room was big enough that we could all be together and not be crowded for meals. The house is so comfy/cozy - nice furniture, all of it very comfortable, The nine bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms met all of our needs. Everyone said the beds were comfortable. The gameroom in the basement kept everyone busy! We had tournaments of pingpong, pool, air hockey, cribbage - lots of fun and it gave us all a chance to hang out and spend time together. We didn't have the best weather but we made the most of every minute! There are lots of nearby activities - Storyland was so fun, the North Conway Railroad was fun, Diana's Baths, and then parks and Downtown North Conway all kept us busy. The yard at the house was great. There was a large deck, a large flat lawn for the kids to run around on and play games and a nice firepit. There was parking for nine vehicles which is what we needed. We had an absolutely great stay and we are hoping to rent again (just need to find a date among the families). Thank you, Katie and Tony!

Rooms, rooms and more rooms!

A beautiful house that easily accommodates many guests with its multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and places to hang out. The great room was wonderful for entertaining and dining. The game room allowed us to have so much fun and many memories were made full of laughter! A bit closer to a busy road and commercial garage than the pictures portray if you are looking for privacy. Easy access to many quaint stores, restaurants, and scenic views.

We are from the Boston area and have been visiting North Conway for many years for family vacations. We have a daughter, and travel with her often. She learned how to ski at Cranmore, as did I as a child.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We were looking for another large property in the area, and knew this would be perfect the moment we laid eyes on it. When we bought Maple View House there were only 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, but there was lots of potential. We built a large addition and completely remodeled the house a few years back. It is on a level one acre lot diagonally across from a B&B horse farm, just down the road from Echo Lake and North Conway village, so it is really convenient to all of the area activities.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Maple View House is an expansive home with loads of space and a huge kitchen in the great room. It is perfect for multiple families with children. The outdoor space is a flat acre of land with a large back deck, fire pit and picnic area. We completed a massive remodel project in 2013 which includes a 1,500 sq foot game room. With 4 living rooms in addition to the game room, 9 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, there is plenty of space to spread out!
