This home was a great central locations. Lots of great places to eat nearby. We loved the roof-top deck. They also provisioned the home well. Ample soap, detergent, and toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay, near uptown but didn’t have to deal with all noise of uptown. Very clean and modern. Great communication from Kim the host. I would stay again!

Great property. Everything was just as advertised or better. Host was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful. Great location for walking, going downtown and close restaurants, breweries and a fabulous coffee shop Haraz Coffee House.

First and foremost this is a stunning property! Every little detail has been thought of and we couldn’t have felt more at home. And the rooftop area is amazing! The hosts are so accommodating and are quick to respond to questions. Very professional and easy to work with! For our purposes the location was perfect. One day we walked to the Public Market and explored the area around there. There’s a great burger restaurant and bbq restaurant (a must), just about a block and a half from the townhouse. We also walked to Birdsong Brewery which is quite a nice microbrewery with a good selection of beverages. Our night before wedding event and the wedding venue were not walking distance but driving around Charlotte was so easy and parking was plentiful. If I ever am in Charlotte again this is where I’m staying!

Most professional interaction I have had with an owner to date. Went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and prepared. Perfect base for Spectrum Center Events!

We stayed at this property while attending the 2025 ACC Tournament at the Spectrum Center and it was a fantastic base for our group. The property was clean and very well appointed. All the beds and furnishings were comfortable and the hosts seemed to have thought through every detail. The roof top deck was also a great place to gather and relax at the end of the day.The hosts were also very quick to respond to questions during the booking process and during our stay. They obviously take a lot of pride in making things smooth for their guests.I'd highly recommend this property if you're looking to attend events downtown or for simply exploring Charlotte!

The Best Experience

Our group had an amazing stay at this incredible property! Everything inch of the townhome is new and spotless. No detail missed. The rooftop is an awesome hangout spot with a great view. Kitchen and living room are as aesthetic as they are functional. Bedrooms and bathrooms are much better than a hotel. The host, Kim, was helpful and clear throughout the entire process. Check-in and check-out were a well-organized breeze. Could not ask for a better place to stay!

Perfect Quick Getaway

We were celebrating my best friend's birthday and wanted to just come down to Charlotte from Greensboro. The place was incredible. We really did not want to leave. Everything looked better in person and the pictures looked great! The host was very nice and consistent. She answered all of my questions prior to and walked me through this process on VRBO because I am usually on another rental vacation home site. The place has everything you could think of. She told me that the location would accommodate all of our needs and she was RIGHT! The bathrooms were clean, bedrooms were cleans. The beds felt amazing. The rooftop was gorgeous we just didn't get to use it as much but the time we did spend on the roof was AMAZING!

The home was beautiful! The owners really made it feel like a home. There’s lots of details that we appreciated like the robes, coffee, and bathroom essentials. Having a garage for parking and bathrooms for each bedroom was also a plus.

This was literally the best vacation rental I’ve ever booked. The property in person was exactly what I saw online. The ONLY complaint is, there are a lot of steps but the one is 4 floors including the rooftop which is also so adorable. Every single thing I could have needed was available in the home. Coffee and creamer. An air-fryer I didn’t use but it was available. The beds! So comfy. The bedroom fans were great. Bath tones in each room. Make up wipes. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything. To be home was clean and the neighborhood was safe. Check in was effortless and easy. The home was decorated beautifully and lots of mirrors for for checks. What a wonderful host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. I will be looking to stay in the hosts other properties because this was truly too tier and affordable!
