Welcome to our home. I chose this place for the views, and I’m rarely far from the moment the sun lifts above the horizon. Each morning, the world seems to reset: golds and pinks spill across the sky, water reflects a quiet glow, and the air feels fresh with the promise of a new day.

I fell in love with the way the sunrise paints the Chesapeake Bay in those unmistakable colors—soft apricots turning to warm ambers, catching on the water and framing the marshes and distant shorelines. The Bay’s wide, tranquil expanse becomes a living panorama: sailing specks gliding by, quiet birds skimming the surface, and the occasional silver glint of a cruising boat or a lone fisherman’s line catching the first light.

Living here, I’ve learned to slow down with the light. The sunrise is a daily invitation to pause, breathe, and savor the moment before the day begins in earnest. I also added a dock with a boatlift and jet ski lifts!!

Please note: the dock is accessible for your enjoyment and offers a lovely place to relax, fish, or simply soak in the morning light by the water. However, the boat lift and jet-ski lifts are not available for guest use.
