I loved my stay here! Everywhere was really clean and seemed well taken care of, which made it easy to relax and settle in.Getting in was simple. The directions were clear, the check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Also, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which was nice bonus.Overall, the place had everything I needed, so no complaints at all. I’d definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again!

Nice place with a few quirks

Overall it's a good place I'd recommend. It's like someone remodeled this home, but a few places there are weird things like one toilet being right next to the cabinet. If's a good value but it could use a few more touches like toilet roll holders, hand towels, and maybe a little more touching up of some the the enhancements

Close to Fair Park

Cute, clean and recently renovated 4 bedroom home. Beds are comfortable. We had 8 adults and 1 teen and had plenty of space to spread out. Ping pong table and football table were a nice bonus. Would recommend driving to Fair Park versus walking in the neighborhood.

Stay in Dallas

The house was a nice house and worked well for our group of 6 Adults. The down side was the house was located in a very run down neighborhood. Every night we heard gunshots nearby and we were very concerned for our safety in that neighborhood. We were in town for the NRA Convention and the price was right for this unit.

Simple stay

The location is in the ghetto part of town, but close to where we needed to be. Heard multiple gunshots at night. The house itself is fine, only single ply toilet paper available, and the second floor shower doesn't have any water pressure. Other than that the rooms are fine and house has plenty of space.

Honest review of our stay.

The neighborhood was not ideal at all. The house is surrounded by a fence, but it was very difficult to open and close-definitely in need of some maintenance. At first glance, the house looked decent, but a closer inspection revealed some issues. There were broken picture frames, damage to the stairwell, and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint and the lawn hadn’t been mowed. Additionally, the house was poorly stocked with basic kitchen supplies-there were no hand towels, dying mat for dishes, or other essentials for daily use. That said the house worked for what we needed, and there is plenty of parking.

The home is not in the condition it is advertised to be. The stair bannister is broken, the ceiling and walls show signs of leaking and water damage, the sofa is sitting on a rock, the toilet in the downstairs br is so close to vanity that only the solid waste valve works due to the bowl top being misaligned, missing ironing board and broken iron, br tv is either broken or romote needs batteries, and several, thresholds draws and racks are broken.

Thanks for sharing this. I’m sorry your stay didn’t match what you expected. This isn’t the experience we aim to give anyone. We already had my maintenance team inspect and fix each item you mentioned including he banister, thresholds, and water leaks have been repaired. The sofa, TV remote, and missing iron setup have also been replaced so future guests don’t run into the same issues. I know this doesn’t change the inconvenience you dealt with, but your feedback helps us address problems quickly and keep the property in top shape. If you’re open to it, I’d like the chance to make this right on a future stay.

Great Potential

The Check-In was ok and the properties location can be excused due to the Spacious House and Secure Property! The concerns I have sre that NONE of The BEDS HAD TOP SHEETS!!!! Meaning, everyone that slept there, I slept with until the comforters are cleaned!! And then to ask if we would signify which beds had not been slept in! Suggest, you will only clean what you are told is dirty!!! There was a slight chemical smell in the house! The Outside patio lights had two indoor ungrounding extension cords running under turf carpet. Great Potential, if these concerns were addressed!

Review

Overall communicating with the manager, check-in process, and stay was very easy and nice. All the things listed for accommodation is accurate and stays true. Me and my friends stayed over the weekend to celebrate my birthday, and we don’t have any particular issues. Please note that the location is in South Dallas, which is a part of town that you have to be careful around. We didn’t have any issues with anyone in the neighborhood— just neighbors minding their business but it’s always best to keep bring all of your belongings and don’t leave them in a car, do not walk out at night alone, and always check your surroundings. We did have an incident where we were hanging out on the balcony and heard a gunshot. Though not close to our vicinity, we just went back inside for our safety. But overall it’s a great stay and after reaching out to our host about safety concerns, they addressed my concerns with understanding and consideration.
