This beautiful four bedroom, three bath beach house is nestled in the middle of the Outer Banks at MP 9.5 in Kill Devil Hills. It is quiet and secluded yet minutes to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, brewing station, Starbucks, YMCA and more! Also enjoy bike and walking trails at Nags Head Woods.
Guests will have access to the entire house and yard. It’s equipped with everything you may need during your getaway. Kitchen comes well-equipped with all the appliances and utensils.

We had a great time and the house was roomy and comfortable. It was well stocked and our group had their own space and well as great common areas to visit, play games, and watch movies. The spa supplies were very relaxing and nice to pamper ourselves with in the evening. We enjoyed our time with the whole family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kill Devil Hills. Oksana proved to be an exceptional host, responding promptly to all inquiries and concerns, and consistently going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The property, "Reel ‘em Inn," is ideally and centrally located and was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. We would highly recommend this rental and certainly plan to return when we are next in the area.

Beautiful home

This home is clean and the perfect option for a family who wants to go to the outer banks and feel comfortable. Plenty of rooms, space and multiple bathrooms which was nice.

Great property and even better host. Oksana went above and beyond making sure we had everything to make our stay great. She even dropped off a new grill right after we got there. Not necessarily just for us but it was a very nice gesture.Property had everything you could possibly want for anything relating to meal prep. It was very clean and well appointed. Outdoor area was nice with a fire pit in the backyard We were in OBX for a friends fishing trip for a long weekend. This place was perfect for us. Plenty of room to relax in between fishing excursions. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

The Sharks

The stay was great. Communication with Oksana is great, she answered all communications within a half hour. The only drawback was that you had to drive to the beach which was no big deal. It would be great if the host would think about putting in a pool. Your not far from a lot of the attractions, restaurants and shopping.

Great Stay!

Oksana was lovely! She was very communicative. Flexible with checkin/checkout times. Gave us local suggestions. The placed was very clean. Kid friendly with toys/books and they loved watching the fish. The house was well stocked - it was so nice to have toiletries provided. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beach chairs were so helpful. As noted in the listing/reviews it is a bit of walk to the beach - probably around 15 minutes but our kids managed fine. Would stay again!

Nothing short of amazing.

Oksana was amazing. She was very communicative and cosiderate of our needs. Her house is beautiful and there is plenty of stuff to do inside and outside the house. I'm not even considering staying somewhere else. I will definitely be staying there again!!

We had a fantastic time at Reel’em Inn. It was a last minute trip to OBX to visit with and see our son play baseball with the Outer Banks Scallywags. The house had everything we wanted/needed. Oksana was a great host! She responded to our questions immediately. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Reel'em Inn for a week. Oksana was very responsive and she answered any questions we had. The place was very clean with a nice outdoor area. It's located in a good location with a lot of shopping and dining nearby. There was a dog barking next door, but otherwise nothing to complain about. Definitely recommend Pigman Barbecue down the road!

The perfect OBX vacation

We have been going to the outer banks almost every year since 2011. We stay at a different house every year and this house is one of our favorite houses we have ever stayed! The location is perfect. It is tucked back in a private little neighborhood but you are still near everything and anything you need. The house was clean, had every appliance or thing you could possibly need. There were bikes, cornhole, basketball hoop, ping pong table. When we were at the house my kids were having a blast using those things. There is also a hammock and fireplace in the back. We didn’t get to use that because it rained most evenings but it is an awesome little set up. The host was super responsive to any questions I had and one of the most helpful hosts we have ever had. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

First time to the Outer Banks

We had a short break from school and decided we wanted to explore the Outer Banks. We picked this place because of its location. Everything seemed to be between 30 minutes and an hour away. It was on the other side of the highway from the beach but as long as you use the crosswalk, it's pretty easy to get to the beach. It was cold so the only thing we did was walk on the beach. I imagine it might be a trek if you have all of your beach gear. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out. There were three of us and we only used two of the bedrooms but we decided everyone should be able to have their own bathroom. This was great. No waiting. Also, in the two main bathrooms were baskets with full size toiletries. This was a very nice touch and much appreciated. The kitchen had plenty of room and we had breakfasts there. There were three bikes and an electric scooter. We would have liked to use them but it was too windy for bike riding. There were also games and toys in the downstairs bedroom. The house is located in a neighborhood so we occasionally had a few noisy dogs or cars/trucks but most of the time, it was very quiet. Oksana was great in responding when we had questions. We left early to get on the road and she said we could have stayed much longer if we had been able to that day. This would be a great place for a single family or multi-generation trip. We had a great experience.

Review

Furniture was just awful. The headboard in the Master Bedroom was peeling apart. It was cloth. We could not sleep on that bed at all. Dining room chairs were a light tan and were absolutely filthy. I have pictures but cannot upload to you all. Bedroom dressers were in horrible shape with stains and stickers on them. Basic items, such as a toaster and a crockpot were non-existant. Major safety issue with smoke alarms being disabled. Impossible for us to reach to put batteries in because of the height of the ceilings. This was very disturbing considering the loss of life in a fire in KDH the previous evening. The host was responsive but I did not like her excuse as to why furniture was in such disrepair. She stated that children were raised in that home. She aldo stated thats why the cost of the rental for the week was cheap in comparison to other rentals in that area.
