The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleep up to 6 guests, ensuring comfort and convenience for every person. In the kitchen, the chef of your group will find everything they need to whip up delicious meals that can be enjoyed together around the table. Relax with a movie in the living room before heading to bed. In the morning, start the day with a cup of coffee on the porch swing before heading to the beach, only a 10 min walk/3min drive away!



Downtown amenities such as shops, restaurants, and activities like the First Flight Memorial are also just minutes away, providing entertainment for every moment of your vacation.

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The Neighborhood:

Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
