Tucked away up scenic Higgins Gulch this beautiful property has 5 bedroom, 3 baths, and can sleep up to 16 - 18 people comfortably. Wrap around decks on all 4 sides capture nature from every side.

The top floor kitchen is a chef's dream featuring a 5' x 12' island and gas stove. The 9' dining room table and accompanying high top can handle a large group. An elevator makes for easy assess or we have steps. Off the kitchen/dining a large outside deck on the west side has plenty of chairs for mountain viewing and fire pit. The south deck with barbeque is covered and the east deck is a perfect early morning get away for that morning cup of coffee. The living room overlooks the west mountains and the master suite features a tile shower and large closet. A guest bedroom is also on the 2nd floor with a full bathroom close by.

The walk out basement on the lower level has 3 additional bedrooms; 1 queen, 1 queen, and 1 queen and bunkbed, another full bathroom, along with a living area with kitchenette and TV. The living room has a hideabed for extra sleeping with a kitchenette and large tv.

When we were building the home we hit a spring of water so we have a spring fed pond with a waterfall and a magnificent 16' high x 60' rock retaining wall with a deck overseeing the pond. (Please no kids on the rocks).
