The home features granite countertops, with an open dining and kitchen area along with a spacious living room. Private bathroom off of the bedroom along with Queen size mattress and bed. Enjoy a large walk-in closet as well as a washer and dryer. Beautiful fenced in private backyard with grill and dining area!.

What you see is what you get

Wesley's place was very clean. Kitchen was well equipped.The whole unit was well equipped. All we needed to bring was our clothes and food. Just 2 blocks from the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Wesley gave us a look at the other unit that can accommodate more people. Hope to return soon!

Perfect place

This is my second time staying at this house, it’s perfect for 2-3 people and my fur babies. It’s clean and in a perfect place in Biloxi to reach everyplace. I will be back again, for sure.

Home Away from Hom

Unit clean with all that was promised. One block from the beach, a nice backyard (for pets). Close to shopping, dining facilities, and recreation. Would return again if in the area.

Perfect stay

We needed a place with a fenced back yard. Our 2 shih-poos loved it and were happy to billet in the laundry room when we went out. It was perfect for our needs.

Details

Cleaning needs more attention. Like air filters, rusty shower curtain rod,,bathroom faucets. And make sure you leave ammedities that you list. And I would say over all the stay was nice. I'm a details kind of gal.

Fun Little Weekend

I booked this for a little weekend away for my partner and we brought our dog. The fenced in yard was perfect and the house was super clean and had everything you could want!

I'd do it again

We enjoyed January there despite the weather that's not his fault. Lol. The kitchen was adequate. The LR furniture was dated but usable. We especially liked the fenced in back yard. That is so convenient for dog owners. You could see the Gulf from the sidewalk. It was a good location and the landlord was so nice.

Cute little duplex

Very clean and tidy. Had a lot of extra amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Pull out couch not so much. Quiet neighborhood away from the casinos but close enough to all the attractions. Will stay again.

Christmas weekend

Great location in Biloxi. Only 1/4 mile from beach! Great value. Fenced yard for dogs! This space had everything we needed and the host responded quickly. We would love to stay there again!

Just right !

This property was everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to everything and despite this the street in which we stayed was peaceful and quiet. The property was stocked with plenty of home essentials, neat and clean. Check in was easy and line of communication with Wesley was top notch! Washer and dryer accessibility was a god send, considering we were road tripping, it allowed us to keep all of our travel clothing/linings clean. I would stay again. Good location

The location is in a really good area and quite neighborhood. Has fenced in yard for pets. The place was really clean and nice. We will definitely check availability if ever back in Biloxi.

Great location

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay while in Biloxi for a dance competition and convention. The unit was very clean, and well kept. Wesley was a joy to communicate with. The unit is conveniently located to the mall, casinos, restaurants, the Coliseum, and the outlets back on the interstate.

nice little get away

Biloxi has become a nice little vacation town. The cottage was very clean, the host was very responsive, the neighbors were very friendly. The price was very affordable. The cottage was very well appointment with everything you need. They took care of ALL the details.

Nice Place for Our Stay

My wife, my dog and I wanted a little get away close to Ocean Springs and antique stores. It’s only a 10-12 minute drive to OS. It’s a short walk to Biloxi beach. Very clean and quiet. Queen size bed. We would definitely stay there again. Pet friendly.

Beautiful Place

Beautiful & Affordable little spot for us. It was just my husband and I on a mini vacation, so as a couple only, this place was perfect and so relaxing to be in. Everything we needed for our 4 day trip. close to the beach, surf style shop, and only a short drive to biloxis Hard Rock and other casinos/restraunts/entertainment, & walking distance of where cruisin the coast event will take place. We had a blast and a VERY comfy bed to sleep like a rock in after a late night out. Will absolutely book another trip here.

Some TLC needed

Towels are cheap thin and worn! Bedding didn't appear clean, had stains. The mattress cover also has stains and hairs still on it (someone had a pet)! The filters in the air conditioners were caked on and had to be cleaned. The seal around the front door is badly worn out, thus bugs literally walk in through the front door. The plastic plants aren't needed, because they just collect dust that no one cleans.

Excellent Stay

I booked over 30 days for military training. Wesley was very accommodating and communicated well before and during my stay. I met him a couple times while he came over to ensure the other side of the duplex was ready for future occupants. He is a gentleman and very easy to talk to. The apartment was exactly what I needed for the training, and I was able to bring my dogs. The property was very clean upon my arrival and is in an excellent location for the beach, restaurants, and downtown Biloxi/Gulfport. If I ever get orders to go to Biloxi again, I will certainly look at Wesley's availability first. Thank you, Sir!
