✸All guests will be required to provide a security deposit of $500 in the form of a hold on a valid credit card.
✸From October through April the pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a startup fee of $75 plus $50/night plus 14.55% Transaction Privilege Tax

Therefore, Casa Buena Vida does not have the ability to discount or eliminate such fees for reservations initiated through the VRBO platform..
